Die komfortablen und breiten, flachen es im zweiten und letzten Stock eines eleganten Gebäudes aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Es entwickelt sich auf zwei Ebenen und direkt Übersicht Piazza del Carmine und seine mittelalterliche Kirche. Die Innenseite ist mit top-of-the-line-zeitgenössischen Design Stücken und hochwertigen Materialien eingerichtet. Auf der ersten Ebene, wo die Eingangstür befindet, erhalten Sie eine helle und geräumige Wohnzimmer mit hoher Decke zu finden. An der Spitze der sie sich öffnet, um als Arbeitsbereich organisiert Mezzanine. Auf der gleichen Ebene werden Sie anche ein Zweibettzimmer und ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Eine große Küche ist anche hier, direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer, mit vielen nützlichen Küchenwerkzeuge. Neben der Küche befindet sich ein Schrank mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Auf halbem Weg durch das Treppenhaus in den zweiten Stock finden Sie eine Königin Schlafzimmer und angrenzend eigenes Bad mit Dusche zu finden. An der Spitze der zweiten Etage gibt es ein Kingsize-Bett und angrenzend eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Das Zimmer bietet auch Trog riesige Tür-Fenster auf einer Terrasse mit Blick auf Zentrum von Florenz. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Heimkino-Set-up, DVD-Player, einem Projektor und Sat-TV ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer ist mit anche TV und DVD-Player ausgestattet.

Wonderful Appartement - very much enjoyed our stay

This appartement perfectly fits to the great city of Florence. We stayed for one week and enjoyed this appartment very much. Besides all the luxary you can find on more than 200 square meters it is located in a calm part of Florence, but only a short walk away from the heart of the city. Supermarket and Pasticeria are quite close to get you all what is needed, when you do not decide to follow the restaurant recommendations of Giulio. We tried a few and never failed. A few words on the appartment: the pictures are self-telling. However you need to explore the composition of each part you can find in this appartment. Most of the interior is from italian designers, put together in a well thought through way - illumination is a spectacle for itself, letting you create any kind of atmosphere you wish to enjoy. Roy Lichtenstein, Andy Warhol are given as well as italien and french lamp designers. The kitchen will let you have any kind of equipement, from ice cube fridge to italian ham slicing machine. Nothing is missing. Aircondition works perfectly and also a small terrace is available to enjoy a glass of wine outside the appartment. Guilio the owner is very supportive for all kind of requests and Arlene keeps the appartment perfectly clean every day. For sure there is much more to mention - however the star of your stay should be Florence and many other beautiful places around Tuscany. You will enjoy both - a perfect symbiosis.

STUNNING

Not only gorgeous, but spacious with plenty of seating and spaces for our adult/teen group. The kitchen/laundry room is exceptionally equipped and we happily prepared multiple meals, including Christmas dinner. The bedrooms and bathrooms are update, comfortable and spread apart for privacy. The location in the Oltrano is a 15 minute walk to the center, but the neighborhood has lots of dining options and fun, offbeat shopping you won't find in the more touristed areas. The furnishings are eclectic with modern and antique pieces complementing the space. Maybe not the best place for toddlers and small children with the stairs and more delicate accents. Giulio was a wonderful host and accommodated our unanticipated LATE arrival. The building does not have a lift, but just consider it your trip to the gym!

Fantastic Home

Wow. We were so impressed with this apartment. It was actually more impressive in person than what is shown on the website. The Home is huge and is incredibly comfortable for a party of 4-6+ people. All of the rooms are large and so interestingly decorated. Also the home was incredibly clean and equipped with all of the amenities you could possibly want. the kitchen was so impressive . The location is also great as we were in walking distance to all the best that Florence has to offer. You will be close to all of the tourist sites and best restaurants. The only challenge we had was finding parking for our car. All of the garages near our apartment were full. By Luck we found a valet garage that was about a 15 minute walk away from the home which cost 30 euros per day. Other than that our stay here was amazing. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfection all the way!!

This Beautiful apartment in Firenze is exactly how it looks online. It is a five star apartment all the way. All the bedrooms are quiet and very comfortable with plenty of linens and all you need. The kitchen is amazing with plenty of room to cook fantastic meals.. The common living spaces are spacious, clean and very cozy. Having family in Firenze they too were amazed at how lovely the apartment is. Dont worry about the walk up... They take care of everything to get all your luggage to the apartment.. They thought of everything. We will definitely be back and would not want to stay anyplace else. Thank you for sharing this jewel with us... Randi... NYC

The property is amazing, while the photos on VRBO are fantastic, nothing prepares you for what you experience once you walk in the door. The communicator with the owners/managers was great, the welcome was great- everyone was super helpful and it made being in Florence even more special… We’ll definitely be back - but for a longer period of time!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at Giulio’s apartment. He was very helpful upon arrival. Wonderful views and the kitchen was fantastic. We really appreciated the coffee, wine and fruit basket upon arrival. No need to immediately go food shopping. We liked staying in the Oltrarno district. Great restaurants and slightly off the busy streets of Florence but still close to all the important historical sights. Hope to visit again!

Unforgettable family vacation

The property has great interior design and architectural details. The double height ceilings give an outstanding view and amplitude to the place. Beautiful and big kitchen with everything in hand. Giulio was very kind to receive us personally even we had to arrive later than we originally agreed. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and tips to move around. We loved the neighborhood, we felt at home. Great local places to eat, excellent location, away from the crowds but near to walk to the main attractions. Beautiful building.

Spectacular location and quality amenities

Our family of five adults spent a week at Giulio’s amazing top floor penthouse apartment. It’s even more impressive in person. We all loved the location. Close walk to everything and far more authentic than being in the crowded tourist area. Although, I didn’t meet Giulio in person we corresponded by email multiple times. He helped with a couple reservations and referred two of our finest dinners. I cannot say enough about our foodie experience at Trattoria Cammillo. This is a must! The apartment is very large and spacious. Not to mention quiet. This is hard to come by in Florence. Top of the line amenities and the a/c worked wonderfully. Everyone commented how easy it was and close to small quaint wine shops, groceries etc. Although we didn’t eat in much. We made breakfast and coffee every morning. His kitchen is equipped for a chefs meal if you chose dinner. I personally loved the Illy coffee maker. All in all, you can’t beat the location. Lastly, in other reviews the steps were mentioned. Yes, he’s on the top floor. We found this a plus as the views are spectacular from every room. FYI, we are 50-55 years old. This was a nonissue for us. Modern Florence Apartment

Wow! This apartment is just amazing. The entire apartment including all three bedrooms is very spacious. The kitchen is huge and Arlene, the housekeeper, was wonderful. The location was perfect for us. It's a little quieter, which we enjoyed, great restaurants and shops close by. You can walk everywhere or grab a cab is needed. I hope to return someday with my children and show them this wonderful city...

Amazing apartment

I don’t know where to start with describing Giulio’s apartment because it is absolutely amazing. We spent one week and we totally loved it. There is so much attention to detail and absolutely everything is provided. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and groceries in the fridge and we found that so thoughtful. The entire apartment is so spacious and bright. Daily cleaning services was provided and Arlene was great. The rooms are spacious and we loved the colors in the bathrooms. This apartment truly has everything, if you love to cook, you will find all you need to do so in the kitchen. Cable TV meant my son could watch his football matches and other programmes. There are books everywhere so if you are a reader, there is plenty to keep you busy. The apartment is located in Oltrano area, away from the busy streets of the city Centre, but within walking distance to everything. We walked everywhere. I could go on and on but would just like to say, that our stay in Florence was made so much more wonderful because of this beautiful apartment. I highly recommend it.

Fabulous apartment in Oltrarno (Florence)

Our family of 5 stayed here in June. After climbing 72 steps, we arrived at the entrance to Giulio’s amazing flat. This spacious and comfortable bi-level flat has everything one would leave for a stay in Venice. The train station and the historic center are a short walk across the Arno. The building is very quiet even though there are many shops, cafes, gelato places, and restaurants nearby. We loved staying at this flat.

Très bel appartement conforme aux photos, de très grand standing. Très bien situé à proximité des monuments, restaurants. L'avantage toutes les chambres splendides donnent sur un jardin florentin au calme, au loin nous apercevons les toits des monuments, ainsi que les tuiles rouges qui reflète l'ambiance de la dolce Vita. Une cuisine équipée du jamais vu !!!! Tout a été minutieusement réfléchi pour passer d'agréables moments de convivialité. Le propriétaire des lieux, serviable, bienveillant et surtout très professionnel. Nous avons passé 4 jours en famille un séjour inoubliable, tout pour être heureux ......

Fantistic apartment in great location

We just returned from our stay in Florence and the apartment was wonderful. It looks exactly like the pictures. It's spacious, well appointed, good AC, has daily cleaning and is in a quiet part of town - close but not in the busy tourist area. Keep in mind that there is no elevator (3 flights of stairs), and the master bath has a slanted ceiling which might be challenging for someone tall. None of these things bothered us. Also note there is construction going on across the street during the day. I originally thought this would bother us, but it didn't as we were generally out during the day. Also, the bedrooms are on the opposite side and extremely quiet.

We stayed here in March 2018. Florence was a great home base to visit Italy. We did day trips to Rome and Venice. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. More than enough room and very comfortable. The furnishings, the art, fully equipped kitchen were great! Very spacious. Nice TVs, and stereo equipment. Guilio and Arlene were always accessible if we needed anything. The apartment overlooks a beautiful piazza and church. It was nice even though the piazza was under construction during our stay. We cooked breakfast each morning. They stocked us with basics on arrival. And the market was around the corner to buy more groceries during the stay. The kitchen was really spacious and nice to cook in. The showers were excellent. Everyone looked forward to the nice showers after a long day. It is about four flights of stairs to the apartment but we didn't mind. You'll be walking all over Florence so this is just par for the course. The building felt very safe and secure. We all slept very comfortably. Beds were good. Rooms were quiet. We didn't hear anyone else in the building. It was a 15 - 20 minute walk to all the tourist sites. It was also about the same distance to walk to the train station. It was a great combo because it was quiet and quaint where we were, but minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. There were plenty of restaurants in the area too. We would definitely stay here again!
