Come back from the slopes to warm up in front of the gas fireplace as you snuggle on the large, sectional sofa while one of your friends or family members prepares a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. It boasts all the appliances needed to let your creativity flow, a breakfast bar, and a dining area with a large table. Floor-to-ceiling windows let everyone enjoy incredible nature and mountain views from inside the home, but if you'd like to take an even closer look, step out to the private deck and enjoy the fresh mountain air. An on-site washer/dryer combo will make packing easier; there's no need to worry about washing your clothes somewhere else other than at home. We know everybody loves a relaxing vacation, but if you can't really disconnect from work, there's a desk upstairs that will be the ideal place to sit down quietly and reply to some emails. Guests will have access to great shared amenities provided by the resort such as an outdoor hot tub and heated pool. During ski season, on-call shuttle services take guests to skiing, shopping, dining, and other area activities.

Steamboat Spring's top attraction is Steamboat Ski Resort, which offers visitors nearly 3,000 of skiable terrain and powdery slopes that are perfect for beginners, intermediate, and expert skiers and snowboarders alike. Summer visitors won't find a shortage of outdoor activities here; the resort offers kayaking, rafting, and fishing–there's even a kid-friendly amusement park on-site. Youth Sports Notice: Waterstone is not a member of Triple Crown or other youth sports lodging programs and is unable to accept any participants at this property for two vehicles and is unable to accommodate additional vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
