With ample space for six guests, EagleRidge Lodge 301 is an inviting escape in Steamboat Springs that's ideally placed within easy walking distance of the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort! Step inside to find a light-filled living room with a cozy gas fireplace, a new queen-size leather sofabed, two new chairs, and access to a private balcony. Toss the day's clothes in the private washer/dryer, prepare a homemade meal in the fully equipped kitchen, and sit down to eat at the breakfast bar or in the dining area with a new table (the table seats six with a self-stored end extension to accommodate eight people comfortably). Spend summer afternoons outside on the balcony, barbecuing on the bistro gas grill and relaxing at the table for four, and winter evenings curled up to enjoy the three flatscreen TVs, DVD player, and free WiFi. On the grounds of the complex, you'll also be treated to a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter shuttle to connect you to Steamboat's countless attractions.

At night, you'll have your choice of two bedrooms - a master with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub/shower combination, and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed. There's an additional full bathroom for your convenience, two twin Aerobed air mattresses for extra sleepers, as well as a ceiling fan in each bedroom and in the living room for your comfort.
You'll also have a queen-size sofa bed to accommodate extra guests.

This condo is part of the EagleRidge Lodge in Steamboat Springs, a complex that's ideally positioned just a quarter-mile stroll from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter months, the resort offers 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants that include The Laundry, Salt and Lime, and Carl's Tavern, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
