Thanks for allowing me to be your host and you'd be welcome back anytime. I'll have the pool company check the bulb for the pool as they just changed it in May so I can't imagine what the issue would be now but I will get it checked out. Thanks so much and hope to host you again.

There were bee boxes across the field that were just moved last week because they had migrated up to the pool & the beekeeper put something in those cracks so the bees would leave because of that problem. I'm on a set schedule with extermination to come every other month & they are due in 1 more week so I will try to have them come monthly for a while. I was unaware there was any problem. I apologize. I appreciate the feedback & hope that you enjoyed your stay.

HOSTS BEWARE!! This guest has done nothing but lie. 2 VRBO reps agree she's only being malicious. She was told 4 days before of issues with the pool when they arose and then again day of check in when it was found that the pool couldn't be repaired til tues. She broke my back door knob and said it was broken when arrived but 3 people used it that morning. She broke my dishwasher door. She left beer cans/ bottles at the pool area, drinks spilled all in the house on the floors, loose trash just thrown in cans outside and left a mess. Had many extra people visit at the house like a party. She was offered resolutions to her issues she stated but declined and only wanted to stay with a full refund. I and 2 VRBO reps offered her a full refund if She vacated the property and she declined stating she was enjoying her time with family who were all congregating at my "unsafe and fire hazard home" mind you. I visit all my properties every 2 months. Was there April 1-5 and June 1-4. Had 7 guests before her, after my April stay, all with great reviews and no issues including a check out on Wed before she arrived on Fri. She was given early access to the house and i offered to have maintenance and housekeeping be there sat morning and she declined. She said there was a fire hazard so i sent my dad to see. Someone cooked hamburgers and didn't clean the grill the weekend before. Be careful if you rent to her and get before pics. Half of this review is new lies now.
