Easy check-in. Super cute. Quiet neighborhood close to all bike paths. My son loved them. Everything we needed at the house was provided. We had one of our most relaxing vacations here.

Spectacular azaleas front and rear. Wonderful location convenient to biking, tennis, and birding, and easy access to the beach by car. The house is spacious, with several separate gathering spaces and a generous, well-equipped kitchen. Overall a nice experience.

Good rental with the exception of 3 out of 4 beds were hard and may need a mattress topper.

We enjoyed our stay. It was in a good location. Our problem was that the guest bedrooms had really hard mattresses and the tv's were not ready to use with the exception of the one in the living room. The master bedroom was very comfortable. The showers were good and hot with plenty of pressure. We were only left one wash cloth for 6 people and i assume the rental office was closed for the 4th of July weekend because i couldnt contact them by phone. The house had plenty of dishes for cooking and serving. Also had a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. There was plenty of room to spread out with 6 people there. Overall it was good and we had a great time. Thanks!

This house is located in a good spot if you like to go to the pier, as it is one of the closer locations on the continent. The only real negativity that I could come up with is that the no see'ums can be bad at the house but only when outside of the house. While inside of the house, the no see'ums aren't bad in case you are wandering. I would say that one of the positivities of the house is that the water pressure in the shower is really strong. If the hose was longer, you could use the shower head to pressure wash the driveway.

Find somewhere else

We knew the property was dated when we booked it, but there was nothing else available so we went ahead booked. What we didn't expect was the laminate flooring to be peeling; extension cords everywhere (fire hazard?); light bulbs out; a toilet to overflow without any paper in it; or crumbs on the futon when we arrived. When the toilet overflowed, my wife call management which offered to come use the plunger (she had already done so), but nothing else. Because no cleaning products were included with the rental, we couldn't even clean the bathroom without throwing away more money, so we elected to leave a night early. Property management wasn't much better. Beyond offering no real assistance with the bathroom, after booking I was sent a questionnaire asking for my income level and social security number; only one of two keys worked; and we were told our check-in time would be between 4 and 5. I had to call to inform them we wouldn't be there by 5, so they instead left the place unlocked. You would think there would be a lock box, but perhaps that's too much to ask.

Botani-cool!

Never have I stayed in a place that felt so much like home. The house was amazing, the yard is COVERED with flowers. This is the perfect place to “get away” from everything. You almost forget that you’re so close to the beach. The beds are a bit stiff, but this isn’t my home, I can’t complain. The house was well kept, clean, and very friendly for our 2 year old. Less than 5 min to almost anywhere you could want to be on the island! Highly recommend this house for your next stay!

Nice and relaxing

Had an issue with the heat, but it was taken care of quickly and effectively. The location was great - close to everything, but nice and secluded. The house was spacious and adequately supplied.
