The open living room area overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and offers plenty of seating, a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, full-size oven, a Keurig Coffee Maker, dishwasher, and in-home stackable washer and dryer. There is a breakfast bar with seating for two and a dining table that seats four people. The bedroom has a King size bed and a 43-inch flat-screen TV. The spacious bathroom has a double vanity, and a separate tub and a walk-in shower.

Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the two pools, two covered garage parking spaces, beach access, and on-site restaurant The Deck. The building has elevator access, ramps, and handicapped parking available. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.

Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
