We loved our stay. There was 15 of us and we all slept comfortably. Instructions and communication was clear. The pool had everything we needed and was kept at a nice 83 degrees. We plan on booking again. The pictures are great but the place in person is even better!

The house is very spacious, it worked great with our group of 12. Everything was very clean. It rained heavily one of the days of our trip, the next morning they had someone out cleaning the pool. We appreciated that because we spent the day enjoying the pool. The beds are very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the most gorgeous house in a wonderful location. Our family enjoyed the area, the pool and the playground. The kitchen and outdoor spaces were a delight. It was a lovely, peaceful golf course setting that we were able to see wildlife in the morning and evening. We highly recommend this house to anyone that wants to stay in the area.

The pictures and descriptions really can't do it justice! This place is AMAZING!We had 10 adults and a slew of 18 mos to 10 years old and we never once felt cramped or crowded. The pool is great and we got every bit of use out of it that we could. It's hard to get our whole family together and even more difficult finding a place that will comfortably hold us. This place gets top marks in every category!

6 retired married couples loved our 3 night stay in this spacious & comfortable home! Communication prior to and during the stay was always quick and thorough. We especially made use of the main house large family room to stay up late each night to visit. The cute booth and dining table were used for Rummikube among other games. This was our 14th Spring Fling annual trip with all these friends and we unanimously agreed this one rated the highest overall in Texas!

This is an excellent property. We had two issues. One was totally beyond the control of the host. The other was minor and we expect it will be quickly addressed by them.Lots of room and excellent amenities and extras. Although we brought everything we needed, there were many items provided such as soaps, shampoos, coffee and creamers. Lots of appliances and kitchen things. Everything was clean and functioning. The three refrigerators and two ice machines were handy. It was very hot so the good a/c was appreciated. We did not use the upstairs apartment. But if you have kids (we didn't) it would be ideal. We were a little concerned that the dining table would not fully accommodate our party but with the two benches and extra chairs at the corners it worked out well.If we were to return to the area, we would not hesitate to stay there again.
