This brilliantly styled vacation getaway condo is located at Sundestin on the beach in Destin, FL. Tile flooring is featured throughout the majority of the condo. Access to the balcony is through the living room and offers awesome views of the Gulf of Mexico. Other unique features included in the rental condo are elegant countertops, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils so you can cook your favorite meal and watch the waves. A Hollywood bath, two toilets, two vanities, and a tub/shower combination are located inside the condo. The dining table has restful seats for any card/board game or dining. This vacation rental also offers two TVs, two DVD players, and a CD stereo system.

The beach is just a short walk away. Don't forget to stop at The Back Porch once you arrive! Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just under two miles from the condo. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just under eight miles from this condo. Gator Beach, just under two miles from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals, including a rare albino alligator.

Boats, trailers, RVs, jet skis, and additional cars are not permitted in the main lot. There is an overflow lot across the street if needed.
Ongoing construction and amenity closures are to be expected. Construction is predicted to be completed Spring 2026.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
