With two large wall-mounted flat-screen TVs, the first floor offers the perfect layout for entertaining. This home also offers a vaulted, screened-in porch just off the family room that overlooks the pool and deck area.
Whip up tasty meals in a fully renovated contemporary kitchen with ample granite countertop space and a full suite of modern Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Dining is made easy with a kitchen bar seating 3, a breakfast nook seating 5, and a formal dining area seating 8.
