Large, modern, open concept home with hot tub and pool right on South Beach.
With four master suites and a huge ocean front terrace, you can enjoy the beauty of La Ventana Bay in a tranquil, spacious setting.
Three of the suites are in the main house, along with a well equipped kitchen, living room and gorgeous, ocean facing sitting area, and 3 ensuite bathrooms. The fourth suite is on the upper floor of the guest casita, with ensuite bathroom and a wrap-around ocean and desert view terrace.
The main floor of the guest casita has a kitchen, living room, and half bathroom.
If kiting is your thing, you can launch from the beach directly in front of the home. After a day on the water, a relaxing soak in the hot tub with a margarita in-hand is as good as it gets.

A groundskeeper resides at the rear of the property. Daily maid service is included. Gratuity up to you.

A couple notes:
- ID for all guests will be verified upon arrival.
- The large swimming pool is not normally heated, but can be upon request. In this case, the cost of propane for heating after the first tank will be passed on to the guests. Thanks!
