Drive just four minutes to popular Oyster Pond Beach and 2 miles to Hardings Beach. Or leave the car at the house and take a short, easy walk up to Main Street – only six minutes to Mac's Fish & Lobster.

The first of two primary room suites is on the main level. It is spacious and luxurious with a new king size bed. There's a roomy private full bath en suite. The upper level serves up the other king master suite, full bath included. Upper level guest room with a king size bed. A flex room has a private balcony with water views equipped with twin beds in addition to the king. There are 3.5 baths in all at the house.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 225 .In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.

This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
