Guests can use the heated swimming pool (open May-September) set in a 25m terrace, and also the private woodlands, extending from the river bank to the skyline, as seen in the photos.
Although secluded, the apartment is a short walk into the center of historic and charming Beaulieu sur Dordogne with its cafes, restaurants and hotels.

A well furnished 2 bedroom apartment full of natural light, with far reaching, exceptional views over the Dordogne river, and a completely new, fully equipped kitchen (Bosch), with breakfast table, dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc.
Besides the front balcony, a side balcony leads to a private patio and barbecue area with outdoor table and chairs, and this patio gives direct access to the private hillside area where you are free to walk.

Relax in the heated pool, or on the balcony with a cup of tea watching the river endlessly flowing, or use the fiber optic internet connection.

There is fishing and canoeing on the river. Sightseeing at some of other "Plus Beaux Villages de France" like Turenne, Curemont, Collonges-la-Rouge, Segur-le-Chateau. Pay a visit to Rocamadour, Sarlat or Padirac. Always enjoy the excellent local food.
It is a short walking distance to the centre of Beaulieu, a beautiful and ancient, historic town with a 12th century abbey, weekly markets, hotels and restaurants.

Entry is directly from the large parking area, through an entrance hall, with steps going up to the first floor. There is comfortable accommodation for 4 people in 2 double bedrooms, with a fifth person on a sofa bed if required.
Guests have the exclusive use of this entire apartment and its adjoining terrace with barbecue. In addition guests may use the heated swimming pool. There are no other occupants of the building.
