With two bedrooms that each feature an en suite bathroom, a large living area with a gas fireplace, and a private balcony, this top-floor getaway has plenty of room to spread out and find your own piece of paradise. After long days of shredding powder, lounging by the pool, or soaking in the hot tub, the well-equipped kitchen awaits the chef of the group to whip up a delicious meal. Plus, there are four TVs, three Blu-ray players, a DVD player, and free WiFi for unlimited entertainment during downtime spent indoors.

The main bedroom has a king bed, a TV, an attached bathroom, and balcony access, while the second bedroom features a new queen and twin bed with a full bathroom. The living room features a sofa bed if you need extra sleeping space.

Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
