Recently renovated in full, our sleek kitchen features modern cabinetry, beautiful quartz counter-tops, and all stainless steel appliances. We’re fully stocked with pots, pans and appliances; you’ll have anything and everything you need to make delicious home-cooked meals. Olive oil and spices are provided as a complimentary part of your stay, as are coffee beans and sugar.

When you're ready to eat, gather at the 8-person dining table or hang at the kitchen bar with available seating for four.

Chic and simple with tasteful furniture and newly finished floors, this carefully remodeled home creates a fun and comfortable atmosphere. In the bright open-concept living room, you’ll find comfy seating for five, a 55” TV and a brand new Foosball table. Tons of natural light for when you want it, blinds for when you don’t.

Conveniently located in downtown Los Angeles, you’ll find plenty of fun activities and classic LA sights just a short drive away.

3 minutes from Staples Center, 5 minutes from University of Southern California, 10 minutes from Dodger Stadium, 15 minutes from the Hollywood Walk of Fame, 25 from Griffith Observatory and 30 minutes from Disney Land.

AMENITIES

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, television with smart access to Netflix (login not provided) and other streaming services as well as complimentary access to basic local cable. Board games, cards and and poker chips are available for those quiet nights in. Tandem parking in the driveway for two mid-sized vehicles, with ample street parking available on a first-come, first-serve daily basis.

OUR PROMISE

Your rental will be cleaned and stocked with a ONE TIME SUPPLY OF shampoo, soaps, and paper products. We encourage guest to bring their own bath towels for personal use, however towels will be available to use during your stay. Your home will include a booklet full of instructions with Wi-Fi access, TV instructions, popular nearby restaurants and more.

Included with your stay we require basic cleaning of the apartment 2 times during your stay and one final deep clean at check out. The cost of cleaning will be cover by the cleaning fee paid at booking.
