This 6 Bedroom 5 ½ bath reverse living vacation property is located on the North end of Sunriver across from the Benham Falls family-friendly route/paved trail access. This stunning 3500 square foot home will soon become your vacation favorite. This home has plenty of room for all your guests, sleeping 16.


This stunning home is a light and bright lodge style with Air Conditioning, unique angles, ceiling-to-floor windows, and an open, airy feel.

The main entryway leads you to the upper level of the home. You will fall in love with the view as you walk through the beautiful living room area. Equipped with a flat-screen TV and a gorgeous stone gas fireplace. There is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a great movie together. The beautiful well-appointed modern kitchen has granite countertops, wood cabinetry, and tongue and groove ceilings and is equipped with many new items. Everything you need to make that special family dinner can be found in this kitchen. The large dining area table is perfect for those large family dinners. The main level also has access to the upper patio, which has two large NEW patio furniture sets. These are perfect for those evening BBQs.

There is a King master bedroom on the main level which has a new mattress (2024). This suite is equipped with log furnishings, a flat-screen TV, and a private fireplace. The large bathroom has dual sinks, a large soaker-style jacuzzi tub, and a separate walk-in shower.

Downstairs to the middle level there is a grand media room, a perfect hangout for the younger ones to have a place to call their own. A large arc-shaped sectional facing the large flat-screen TV, and a warm gas fireplace are ideal for playing video games. This room has a wet bar area with a sink, microwave, and a mini refrigerator. This room also has access to the large hot tub for all family members to enjoy.

The bedroom on the middle floor is equipped with a queen size bed and a twin bunk bed and a mounted flat screen TV. The adjoining bathroom has a dual vanity and a tub shower combination.

The remaining bedrooms are on the lower level. Here, you will find the laundry room with 2 washer and dryer sets to use during your stay. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and a twin bunk bed. This room has a TV and a jack’n’jill bathroom that leads into bedroom #4 which has two twin bunk beds and a TV. Bedroom #5 is a queen master suite with a TV. There is a lovely Walkin shower for your privacy. Bedroom #6 has a large king size bed, TV and a spacious bathroom with a Walkin shower.

Big Sky #3 is dog friendly and will gladly welcome 2 dogs.

There are 12 new adult bikes, 2 new smaller size bikes and a burly trailer for you and your family to enjoy the vast paved bike paths in Sunriver. Also in the double car garage is a ping pong table and a second refrigerator.

This home comes with 14 SHARC passes giving you free access to the SHARC water park, tennis, pickle ball, disc golf, and the Sunriver Marina.

There is plenty of onsite parking, fitting up to 5 vehicles.
