Das Haus befindet sich in der Nähe des Zentrums von Rom, in der wichtigsten Straße der Nachbarschaft.
Die Viale Guglielmo Marconi ist eine lange Straße, die Trastevere, das historische Viertel von Rom, mit dem modernen Stadtteil EUR verbindet. Der Boulevard voller Geschäfte ist ein sehr wichtiger Punkt für das Einkaufen der Römer in der Großstadt und besonders bei jungen modischen Römern beliebt.
Ein großer Supermarkt und eine Bar befinden sich direkt hinter der Eingangstür des Gebäudes.

Der Zeitraum, den Sie mich fragen, ist verfügbar. Das Haus ist ca. 40 qm groß und wurde im Zeitraum Dezember 2015 - Januar 2016 renoviert. Es gibt:
 1. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Klimaanlage, Schlüsselschloss für maximale Privatsphäre, LED-TV, Heizung; Auf Anfrage ist es möglich, ein Einzelbett für eine mögliche fünfte Person zu stellen.
 2. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Klimaanlage, Schlüsselschloss für maximale Privatsphäre, LED-TV, Heizung; kleine Küche mit Küchenzeile, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, italienischer Kaffeemaschine (Mokka); Dieser Raum hat die Funktion eines Esszimmers, in dem sich auch ein Sofa und ein Tisch mit Stühlen befinden.
 1 Badezimmer mit WC, Bidet, Waschbecken, Dusche, Föhn, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen usw.

Great apartment to visit Rome.

We've visited Rome and "House Blaserna " with the four of us, parents and two sons. It was great. House Blaserna is an apartment surrounded by all kind of shops, near several busstops/metro and you can be in the centre of Rome in about 15 minutes. The apartment is very well equipped, shows very new and is very very comfortable. There's a large bedroom, a small living room with a very good folding bed, nice bathroom and everything there you need in the house. Even a wassingmachine. And don't forget, the airco. Very comfortable in Rome during the hot summer. The owner, Marco, is very friendly and if you want to know something, you can call/app at any time. We've stayed there for five nights and had a great time. For visiting Rome, this is a great place to stay. We've loved it. Thanks very much Marco. Fam. Gooyert, Groningen

Déçu

Malgré une situation correcte et un tarif abordable nous avons été globalement déçu de ce bien, l annonce n est pas claire!!! En effet, dans les équipements de ce bien figure l indiquation « piscine commune » que nous pensions avoir dans la résidence or celle ci se trouve être la piscine de quartier. 2/ sur l annonce est mentionnée que des frais supplémentaires peuvent être demandés pour une personne supplémentaire. Nous avons demandé au propriétaire la mise à disposition du lit simple pour faire dormir notre fils et notre fille dans 2 lits séparés. Une facturation contraire à celle indiquée sur le site nous est alors demandée soit disant par la femme de ménage. Après une seconde demande d explication quant aux raisons EXACTES de cette majoration (dont ce montant ne figure nulle part, le propriétaire nous a répondu avec un soupçon d arrogance sur nous avons guère apprécié)

Good place

Easy to reserve and great communication from host. It is a tight space for 4 people, but apartment is well laid out, and suited our needs perfectly. Central Rome is an easy cab ride away, cost is about 12 euros, but the neighborhood in which the apartment is situated is really cute with plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop at your doorstep. Very professional owner. Highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable and welcoming

Marco was a great host. The apartment was clean and comfortable and located right next to transportation into the main part of Rome. Marco was so great he even bought a birthday cake for my mom. Would highly recommend booking this location. Perfect for a Roman holiday!

La casa è molto pulita, curata, comoda e fornita di tutto ciò che può essere utile in un appartamento. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e cordiale. La zona è ben collegata. Ci ritornerei sicuramente!

Splendido soggiorno

Casa confortevole, dotata di tutto ciò che può servire per un gradevole soggiorno. Moderna, pulita, ben arredata. Buona la posizione, a due passi da servizi essenziali come bar, ristoranti, supermercati, banca, etc., nonché ad un isolato dalla fermata del bus ed a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione ferroviaria. Ci torneremo senz'altro!

4 e visto che siete là, entrate nel Pantheon a chiedervi perché nonostante la possibilità di pioggia e il buco nella cupola,non ci piove dentro (a gran richiesta,ecco la spiegazione: L’oculo, che dà luce alla cupola, è circondato da una cornice di tegoloni fasciati in bronzo fissati alla cupola, che forse proseguiva internamente fino alla fila più alta di cassettoni. Una curiosità riguardante l’oculo sta nell’”effetto camino”: infatti, quando piove, la corrente d’aria ascensionale porta alla frantumazione delle gocce d’acqua, così all’interno sembra che non piova e, inoltre, per evitare pozze d’acqua all’interno, sono stati fatti dei fori sia centrali che laterali per lo scolo dell’acqua.)

The Trastevere is the ideal place for losing yourself in its colourful streets, squares and vast gardens, such as those of Julius Caesar, where apparently Cleopatra once lived. Once inhabited by craftsmen, fishermen and traders, it is now one of the city´s most characteristic neighbourhoods, where the visitor to our House can walk and look around.
