We planned a reading retreat for a girls’ trip and had an amazing time in our quick stay. The property is far enough out that there’s plenty of space but also a quick drive to restaurants and Oaklawn. The layout works really well for a group stay. It was nice to have both a large indoor and outdoor gathering area. The covered porch made it so pleasant to hang out at night. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay again.

The property is super cute. Each couple had their own space and privacy. Great back porch for hanging out, and the hot tub was a must for my husband.

Everything about this rental was great! Nice kitchen with plenty of supplies. Comfy living area. Awesome back deck. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fantastic. All was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful spot on the lake, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, nice big dining table and lots of seating in the living room for movie watching. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the dock at sunset, and also enjoyed the covered deck when a storm rolled in. Only 15 minutes from Oaklawn. Would stay here again!

Kids loved the hot tub and the firepit. All beds were comfortable and plenty of dishes for all the meals. The only down side was the fridge doesn’t have filtered water so we had to purchase water. Beautiful home with room for a big family. Would recommend.

Thank you, and I'm sorry about the water. A group before you had moved our filter pitcher up above the oven, and it didn't make it back into the fridge before your stay. It's back in the fridge now. For what it's worth, Hot Springs and central Arkansas are known for some of the cleanest drinking water in the country, so the tap works too. Glad the kids loved the hot tub and the fire pit.

We enjoyed this lake house very much. Plenty of room for our group of 7 - 5 adults & 2 youngsters. John answered our questions in a timely manner. Check-in was super easy. Loved having king sized beds in all the adult rooms & everyone having their own bathroom. The outside deck was a wonderful spot to relax, read or watch TV. The day we arrived was a very hot day, so it was nice to walk into a cool house. We enjoyed floating in the lake on these warm days. Fishing on the dock was also a fun time & seeing turtles & mama duck & her ducklings waddle around was great! We also saw lots of deer. This home is just a short drive to uptown Hot Springs & its many activities. There are also many fantastic eateries located nearby. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Excellent set-up…beautiful lakehouse, cabin feel but with high-end details (kitchen, bathrooms, beds, etc.). Well-equipped for our Thanksgiving family reunion. We loved the back porch, the fire pit, and the big table for meals and games together. Wonderful host!

Perfect Lake House

Perfect location for our group of 60+. The home is furnished beautifully. We enjoyed the fire pit and the indoor fireplace. The beds were super comfortable!! We would definitely stay again!

Relaxing, fun family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on Lake Hamilton. This home had all the amenities anyone could ask for. The bunk room was perfect for our grandchildren, and the living area was roomy and comfortable.

Beautiful lake house

Perfect Family Vacation

Beautiful home and an amazing location made this the perfect spot for spending time with our Family. We took full advantage of "living" on the lake whether swimming, boating, fishing or just hanging out. This home was the perfect retreat for us all and we look forward to returning in the future.
