Incredible place!

Incredible place! We stayed 1/2 our trip here (4 nights) and half at a resort and honestly we should’ve just stayed here. It’s huge with 2 spacious bathrooms with beautiful showers. Tv and ac in every room and easy to sign into netflix or other streaming. We had lots of towels and blankets as well as water and kitchen supplies. The location was awesome! Right above the boba shop, pizza and convenience store. 5 minutes from walmart and tons of other shops. 3 blocks from 5th ave shopping and there’s an amazing churro place across the street! Love love love this beautiful condo! *only issue for me (only my preference) was the mattresses are extra firm and i prefer soft mattresses.

Great location! And nice pool and rooftop area.

Location is great- About two blocks from Quinta avenida. The bedroom AC units work well. But are loud. The unit is on the corner with floor to ceiling windows and it does get warm. The room can get loud with traffic. The AC noise killed me to sleep so I didn't mind it too much. Kitchen seemed well stocked with utensils, but we didn't cook at all. The AC unit in the living room did not seem to cool the space as I think it should, in my opinion. Last but not least. The bedrooms are clean and spacious, but mattresses were very firm.

Excellent location, good amenities

Our stay here was really nice. It was centrally located to most things we needed to go to and had most things we needed. The Wifi was not working on the first day but that got resolved sometime the next day while we were at xplor. A few feedback items for the property- air conditioning worked well however they were a little noisy, but we slept with earplugs and it turned to background noise - the room can get noisy if you have the windows open. This is because you are on the busy road but you don’t notice too much if they are closed- sleeps 6 but there were only 4 pillows. - Beds are firm, and some people cannot handle that- hideabed was. Or comfortable. Woke up with bruised ribs- kitchen wise it has everything except a cutting board. The knives were not that sharp. - the place was clean. In all it was good

Pictures hide the truth

Upon arrival at a quick glance apartment met picture expectations. However upon settling in I found various issues. The shared restroom toilets had yellow stains. Shared restroom shower pressure was terrible, and the shower head was clogged only shooting water at shower wall. Mold was found very visible on kitchen walls. Pots and pans were super scratched and unusable. I could find a better pan at a thrift store. The bedroom beds are so bad, I woke up everyday with terrible body aches. The bedroom bed frames were full of dust, sheets were stained, bedroom curtains also very dusty! During our stay one of the bedroom ACs went out and during our stay I attempted to get some help with this. It was never resolved. I attempted to connect with Vacasa directly and with the property manager and neither were helpful. This is the first and last time I use Vacasa. Location is superb for this place if you don’t care for high quality cleanliness

Emplacement Super !

Nous avons adoré l’emplacement du condo, son côté spacieux et les chambres à l’opposée l’une de l’autre . Le condo est très beau mais il manque un peu d’amour .L’entretien et propreté a notre arrivé étaient très moyen . Les matelas sont durs comme une planche de bois , la toilette fonctionne pas bien du tout . Le nécessaire dans les armoires est au minimum , bien juste pour 4 personnes.La piscine sur le toit est superbe et très agréable .il serait bon de revoir la propreté et le confort pour un confort maximal !Et pour la climatisation , elle fonctionne mais attendez vous pas à geler !!!!

Great condo and building!!!

I loved this condo and building!! The condo is as pictured - spacious, very bright, clean, and with modern decor. The building is well designed with secure parking underneath and lobby attended 24-7. The rooftop pool is amazing and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and bar happy hour after a day at the beach. Wifi available on rooftop too! The central location really is great with everything in walking distance. Leonardo was very attentive and responsive. Vacasa offered a concierge service I wish we had taken advantage of. The street is noisy on weekend nights but earplugs worked great and the building itself is quiet. Water bottles were provided for initial arrival but you will need to buy your own drinking water if staying more than a night. Highly recommend this place!!!

Nice Place in PDC

Large, clean unit in a great location. Nice cold A/C and plenty of hot water. On rainy days I sat out on the balcony and was protected from the weather. The front desk employees were very helpful. I had one issue and the property manager took care of it immediately. Was able to get some work done as the wifi was pretty fast. We really liked the location and were able to walk just about anywhere we wanted to go. Mega was only 3 blocks away so it was easy to stock up on groceries. 5th ave and the beach were about 3 blocks away as well. Connected to the condo building was a Japanese restaurant, Mexican, Kosher, French bakery and an Organic/Health food restaurant. Plenty of choices if you don't want to go far.

Great Location

Excellent location close to 5th ave, the beach, a grocery store and unlimited restaurants. A quiet building that is very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. The building did require wristbands to be worn during our stay which was a little strange but a very minor detail.

Good location

The apartment was the same as pictured, felt even bigger. Rooms have blackout curtains which are important to me for good rest, the matrasses are firm, but I love it. One of the showers was broken but got fixed the next day, the sinks were clogged all the time and it took time to release the water. ACs were broken for 5 days, it was impossible to be in the apt because if heat, the property manager arraigned the repairs. The wi-fi was mostly stable, I’ve been working from home. The pool on the roof was closed all the time because of broken glass. Beware of the laundry service across the street: they stole 8 towels, they didn't include them in the slip and we had no proof to claim them. The property manager stopped responding to my messages after this issue and promised to bring new towels, instead a family of 4 was living for 11 days without towels! And of course, we were charged for new towels, that we haven't even received. Insane customer service. For the 5 days without AC we were compensated with tiny amount. Cleaning and changing sheets were not included in 21 days of stay. For the rent price I would rather rent a hotel room, which you can find plenty for this price in the neighborhood.

These apartments have everything you could wish for.

It is a home away from home in the middle of the tourist area of Playa. Everything is within walking distance. The photos are true to reality. The kitchen is fully equipped. You have a fridge with free water at your disposal.

Just as pictured

This home is exactly as featured. Great location and within walking distance to everything. 2 pools though most of our stay they were being repaired due to the hurricane.generally quite building but our last couple days were starting to get into the high season so a lot more people were coming and the noise picked up greatly. Be mindful that they walls and ceiling are thin. My only two issues are the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable and the WiFi drops and goes out often. I ended up with a horrible crock in my neck after the 3rd day and could turn my head because of it. I had to see a masseuse twice to relive it. With the WiFi there was 3 of us working remotely so it was extremely important to have reliable WiFi. While it work most of the time there were A LOT of times it dropped or would go out for a couple of hours and we had to switch to our Skyroam. The property manager was very useful and always available via WhatsApp when needed. All in all it was a good place and excellent location.

Fantastic apartment ideally located!

Amazing experience with Alberto and Vacasa, the apartment was spot cleaned and very comfortable to live in. We loved the rooftop pool and all the amenities. I would stay again there and highly recommend this place !
