Perfect spot for my fiancé and I! Close enough to broadway that you could get a quick (and cheap) uber but away from all the noise that you could still sleep without issues. Bed was comfy, AC worked great considering it was 90 degrees the whole time we were there! Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cute little place. It had everything we needed and more. The location was great, and parking was easy and convenient. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and simple, and the host was extremely helpful. It was also a great value for the price. We would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Great parking directions and access instructions with vidio. Host is cordial and responsive. Clean, comfortable and quiet location. Two miles from downtown. We walked to town for dinner, then to Nissan Stadium, then to downtown for a nightcap and Ubered home. Lovely evening

Every part of this property worked perfect for my sister and I who stayed 2 nights. Good neighborhood, short 5 - 10 minute Uber ride to lively Broadway or the more relaxing and quaint Germantown neighborhood. Apartment was spotless, parking was great, Casey the host was a great communicator. The loft was decorated so charming. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. This VRBO was exactly what I was looking for. It is in a good location and close to downtown. If you are taking Ubers or Lyfts they are not expensive at all to get to the heart of downtown. The host was very welcoming and communicative! Highly recommend!

A perfect location for easy access to downtown by rideshare or rental car. The kitchen had a great supply of cookware, a toaster, coffee maker, microwave - everything needed for a quick breakfast before heading out for the day. The spot was quiet and just a pleasure to return to or hang out and rest for a while. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. The bathroom and kitchen countertops and sinks and the shower were beautiful. The small touches really made for a nice, stress-free stay for us. The hosts provided a great list of recommendations for dining out and entertainment. There was a Kroger grocery store near by. The restaurant and pub choices in Germantown were close - great food! We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville and this VRBO was the perfect spot for us!
