THE APARTMENT

The 30m2 apartment has been completely renovated in 2020. It is composed of a kitchen open to the living room and the dining area benefits from large bay windows. You will have several storage spaces available. Upstairs: the bedroom and the bathroom with shower and washbasin accessible by a Japanese staircase as you can see in the photos.

Bed size: 140cm bed, convertible sofa with a real 140cm mattress (hotel quality bedding).

ACCESS

The apartment has an ideal location to discover Cap-Ferret and enjoy the beaches, the market, restaurants and shops located a few steps from the accommodation.

A bike rental company is located 15m from the residence. You can also reach the Bélisaire jetty in a few minutes on foot (this is where you can take the shuttle to go to Arcachon). So no car will be necessary, make way for real holidays.

The nearest beach is 50m away and all you have to do is go to the swimming pool if you want a change of scenery.
