Beschreibung der Wohnung - 5 Doppel-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 3 Badezimmer. Ein großes Bad im Hauptschlafzimmer mit zwei Waschbecken, Badewanne, WC und Bidet. Zweites Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, Dusche, WC und Bidet. Drittes Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken, WC. Bitte beachten Sie die dritte Bad ist klein. Komplette Küche mit Backofen, Mikrowelle und großem Kühlschrank. Master-Schlafzimmer und 2. Schlafzimmer mit 140 x 200 cm jedes Bett. Drittes Schlafzimmer mit 135x190cm Bett. 4. und 5. Schlafzimmer haben jeweils zwei Einzelbetten (alle 80x190cm).

Für maximalen Komfort diese Wohnung hat Klimageräte in 4 von den Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer.

Location - Die Wohnung befindet sich im historischen Teil des Eixample Viertel, in kurzer Entfernung und in der Mitte von der Sagrada Familia Tempel und Passeig de Gracia einkaufen.

Zugänglichkeit - 5 Stockwerke über Straßenniveau. Aufzug

Transport - U-Bahn-Station in der Nähe Verdaguer (auf gelben und blauen Linien) und mehrere Buslinien. Sehr einfach, um mit dem Taxi.

Management - Wir sind ein kleines Familienunternehmen. Lauren ist aus Dallas, TX und Fernando aus Barcelona, Spanien. Derzeit führen wir 16 Ferienwohnungen in Barcelona, 2 möblierte Wohnungen in Dallas und 8 Ferienwohnungen in Istanbul. Wir setzen unsere hohen Standards in jedem Land.

Geräuschpegel - Fassade Fenster sind doppelt verglast, aber es kann einige Straße (Verkehr) Rauschen in drei der Schlafzimmer (das 2., 4. und 5.) sein.

Belegung - Die Wohnung ist ideal für 8 Personen geeignet. Es kann bis zu 10 schlafen.

Check-in und Check-out - Das Apartment wird für Sie bereit um 16:00 Uhr bezugs sein. Sie können Ihre Taschen fallen und erhalten Sie Ihre Schlüssel von 12:00 (Mittag). Check-out 11.30 Uhr. Sie können frühen Check-in oder späten Check-out gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr, je nach Verfügbarkeit vorbehalten Anfrage. Es gibt keine zusätzliche Gebühr für die Nacht Check-in. Wir haben unser Büro im Gebäude nebenan.

Reservierungen - Wir führen Reservierung per E-Mail, so gibt es einen schriftlichen Nachweis aller Mitteilungen und viel weniger Raum für Fehler. Wir haben keine Vorbehalte oder Zahlungen nehmen telefonisch.

Fantastic views, great neighbourhood

It's a great apartment with fantastic views. There were only four of us, so we had loads of room! We loved sitting at the small table watching the world go by. The location was good - only a short walk to Sagrada Familia and a pleasant 30-minute stroll to La Rambla. We used the bus and metro for trips further out. Communication and entry were excellent.

Fabulous stay!!

An exceptional space, located in an excellent area of Barcelona, with lots of cafes and so close to the Sagrada Familia (and you can see the spires from the rooftop!). The apartment is super spacious and full of light, well equipped and with super comfy beds! Fernando communicated with us throughout, and check in was very easing using door codes. would definitely stay again - a perfect stay!!

Excellent weekend

We had a great time in Barcelona, this property is wonderful, plenty of room, excellent location. The small shower room is extremely small and water pressure not great , other bathrooms are good. Beds ok, not the most comfortable but not the worst! We would certainly return. Contact with host and property management was excellent, very helpful. Thank you

Loved the apartment and location; just as described

Spacious, clean, bright, and in a great location (not too far from major attractions and convenient transportation options), this apartment was quite comfortable for a family of 7 during a nine-day stay. The only thing missing is full-size mirrors. We highly recommend this apartment.

We had the best time staying here. The place was beautiful beyond our expectations. The views were amazing. The location was super nice. Very close to everything. this apartment is perfectly located in a safe neighbourhood, central to everything within a few minutes walk in any direction !! clean and huge with great views !. Everything fantastic!

We loved this location and layout of the apartment! Loved the ease of getting in and out of the building, plenty of space for gathering with our group of 7 senior active adults, nice bathrooms and bedrooms, loved the burgers and fries at Elite which is right next door, easy communication with the managers and we felt safe! Would book again in a flash!

Excellent location and property management was very responsive

We loved the location of this property. The little sitting space with windows was just such a specular view of the city and La Familia Sagrada from the window. That was our favorite spot. Bedrooms were cute and beds were very comfortable. Just one recommendation would be to inform renters that there can be power issues at times and to keep the washer and other items to a min when in use so the power does not go out.

Perfect location for a family or friends visiting Barcelona.

We decided to stay in Barcelona a few days before a cruise and this apartment was the perfect place to stay. Location was very good, close to Sagrada Familia and walking distance to Paseo de Gràcia. The person in charge e went in person to help us with the air conditioning and other details about the property. Easy access and good communication with the owner. Very good experience.

Spacious and charming Apartment

We had a wonderful stay at Fernando and Lauren's beautiful apartment. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean for 7 adults. We loved the neighborhood being so close to many places of interest and it was easy to grab a taxi. We particularly enjoyed the Burger and Music downstairs! Great place to have a cold beverage after a day of exploring. Their burgers were delicious! Seriously good. We would definitely come back to beautiful Barcelona and stay here again.

The apt was large and comfortable in a great location. The only criticism is that We had to use all three bathrooms for family members and two were not great. Very little water pressure in the sinks and an extremely leaky shower head. We know the building is old but bathroom upgrades might be a good idea. The owners could charge more if that was done. There is mold on the washing machine door. We had a lovely time and please take the critican as constructive.

Great apartment

Our group of 6 people (3 generations) stayed for 4 days in this roomy apartment. The largest bedroom with a connected bathroom is most comfortable and away from the noise. The 4 other rooms were clean and comfortable. Having the laundry available was one of the most helpful aspects of this apartment as our baggage was lost and did not arrive for 3 days! At least we had a way to clean our clothes each night! The small elevator was also helpful for the older members of our group since the apartment is on the 4th floor. The on site manager was helpful. We had difficulty with a broken coffee maker and they brought us a replacement within 30 min! If you want a good restaurant I recommend Zed which is about 10 min. walk from this apartment. Thank you for this accommodation in Barcelona!

11 of us stayed in this appt for 4 nights in September,from the initial booking to us leaving the communication was first class,they even accommodate another guest as originally there was only 10 of us. The appt itself is clean and very roomy,with lots of bed space,it’s very quiet on a night,and the aircon is great.the living area is also roomy. Madara our greeter was extremely nice,and explained lots things to us,it’s location is very good 2 mins walk to Sagrada de famlia,15 walk to las ramblas. There are many bars and restaurants around the appt,the one directly underneath is very good for a drink before bed after a long day,run by an Italian couple,great hosts & good for local information. The roof terrace is brilliant very big with plenty of seating,great views of sagrada, We would not hesitate to stay here again!!!! Beautiful Barcelona

We 6 seniors had wonderful stay in Barcelona. The apartment was exactly as expected. Plenty of room to spread out. The view from the dining area was wonderful; loved seeing the start atop Sagrada each evening while we played cards. Access to a washer and dryer was a plus for us. We had a little difficulty getting into the property initially, but succeeded and were able to leave luggage until check in time. The main bedroom was lovely, but guests above were terribly noisy moving chairs and talking loudly until very late into the night. It seemed they were on the rooftop terrace. Light sleepers might want to avoid that room. We enjoyed the little restaurant right next to the apartment. Lovely people there who even remembered our drink preferences each evening. We did not use the kitchen facilities. The apartment was a great location to all the things we had planned to do and see while we were there. Thank you for your hospitality.

Excellent location, large spacious property, beautiful spaces!

We loved so much about the apartment, besides all the room it offered our family. The view was incredible out of the dining room. The lovely terrace on the top of the roof also had amazing views of Sagrada Familia. The entry door to the building was beautiful, and the elevator just inside made it easy to get our luggage upstairs. The owners were in contact with me well in advance of arrival and also gave clear instructions on how to access the property. We were able to easily walk to lots of restaurants and quickly hail a cab for further destinations. The general area was incredibly safe and also clean. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped. There were air conditioning units in each bedroom which struggled to keep the bedrooms cool, but it was also around 90 degrees Farenheit each day. It was great being able to do laundry in the washer and dryer. There were lots of bathrooms for our family to share. We had 8 people staying there and it was more than enough space! I would highly recommend this property!

Convenient, comfortable and safe

Our group of 60yrs.+ felt very comfortable and safe in this well accomodated and spacious apartment. The AC worked (limited use as the weather was nice and could open windows.The largest queen ensuite room had a balcony and AC, safe in closet, and located away from the street (less noise). The next largest Queen room faced the street and was more street noise, but AC worked, so could shut windows at night to sleep well. The 2 twin bedrooms faced the street, and both had AC, but no closets. The last double bed bedroom faced to the back, did not have AC, but windows across from each other provided cross ventilation and there was a closet. Everything was clean and functioning. All plumbing and electrical worked. The elevator worked well. This building had a large rooftop terrace with 4 tables (aprx . One on each side) where you could enjoy some wine with your sunsets. It stated it was open until 10pm, and there was a seprate code to access. So, if you were not making noise, I suppose you could sit up there at any time. The keycode access to the building and apartment worked great for our individuals to come and go at different times. The apartment was centrally located. Only 10 min walk to Sagrada Familia (which could be partially viewed from apt. And terrace), lots of shops, groceries, restaurants very close. Verdaguer Metro station, along with taxi and buses just outside the door. The greeter, Liliana, was easily reached and helpful. The kitchen was well appointed.

6 amis , Une semaine de vacance au mois de mars 2025Appartement vieillissant comme l'immeuble , aucun contact avec le propriétaire.3 chambres bruyantes sur l'avenue.Manque total de vaisselle ( nous avions pour 6 personnes , 6 grandes assiettes et 3 petites , manque de casseroles ,pas de services à café , pas de dessous de plat etc......)Comme toujours attention aux photos de présentation !Si nous revenons à Barcelone nous irons loger ailleursHervé
