This beautiful, 10th-floor condo on the Gulf of Mexico is perfect for relaxing, family holidays, or gathering to watch your favorite sports teams on the 55-inch, TV in the living room. Enjoy the comfortable balcony furniture while drinking a hot cup of coffee, eating breakfast, or relaxing with your favorite book while listening to the waves. Enjoy the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, while watching dolphins or mana rays or schools of fish. Once everyone is ready to go outside, spend a day by the shared pool or take the path to the beach for a day of sandy toes and sunkissed skin. When the day is coming to a close, enjoy a glass of wine at sunset and hop into the full kitchen to whip up a tasty dinner. Plus, if you need a bit of alone time, a jetted tub is available in the primary bath.

This condo could not be in a better location, as it sits only one mile away from entertainment, dining, and shopping at Pier Park! Aaron Bessant Amphitheater is located in the same area where musical concerts and festivals are hosted year-round! If you want a bit of peace and quiet, you can enjoy the secluded ambience of Palazzo Beach Resort when you want to escape the crowds. If you brought the little ones along, Gulf World, Swampy Jack's Wongo Adventure, and Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf provide fun for the whole family.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great view

This is a nice place and view. The beds weren’t very comfortable. The furniture on the balcony needs replaced. TV in one of the bedrooms was small. Not sure if this is a corporate owned or private owned but the kitchen lacked pots and pans to cook a meal. Every place I’ve stayed have always had beach stuff left behind from others that stayed there but not this one. Overall I would give it 3 stars.

Ocean Front Beauty

Haven't stayed in Laguna in years, but I can tell you after this stay, it is my new "go to"! Room was clean, clean, clean. Yes, there were a few things that could use light attention, but they were minimal, and didnt affect our stay in the least. (The room could use an extra blanket or two, and the refrigerator was perfectly cool, but a bit dated - thats it!) It was so spacious, and accommodated our teenagers wonderfully. The view from the master is paradise. Most importantly the grounds were beautiful. The room was amazing. The chair service was great. We will definitely be back.

Vacation 2022

Nothing much to love! The condo itself was clean. Just a few things needing to improve. The beds were terrible. Hot water was on a timer and turned off before we were scheduled to leave. Clothes drying took a long time . You could save energy by checking the outside vent. It had to be full of lint. Not enough supplies in the kitchen. Maybe the condo we had last year spoiled us. It was great. I will never stay at this condo again.

Make Beach Memories Here!

Fabulous home with plenty of space and amenities for maximum comfort. Oversized balcony provides a place to extend the connection with beautiful Florida. Common areas were perfect as well. Excellent workout space. Comfortable living room to gather as a family! We will definitely choose Palazzo in the future!

All the comforts of home

Our first reaction was, WOW! The first view of the gulf, stepping off the elevator, set the tone for our entire stay. We enjoyed an expansive view of the gulf from the balcony to begin our mini-vacation. The relaxing decor of the condo is superseded only by the special touches found in the amenities. These special touches throughout the condo made our stay feel like home. From the well stocked kitchen, to the dreamy linens, to the amazing sunset views from the condo, we truly enjoyed your piece of paradise.
