Spinelle is a warm family house ideally located in the main shopping street of Le Crotoy, only 100 m from the beach! Come and discover the Bay of the Somme, the Parc du Marquenterre, fishing or sand yachting. The house of 100 m² can accommodate up to 6 people and includes a large living room, an open kitchen with dining room, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms. The private enclosed garden of 100 m² facing south opens onto a lane leading directly to the Crotoy beach. Sheets and towels as extra charge.

- Open kitchen fully equipped: fridge, oven, plates, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher...
- Dining area with a family table for 6 guests and access to the garden.
- Bathroom with bathtub.

Upstairs:
Accessible by a staircase, the second floor can be difficult to access for people with mobility difficulties.
- Bedroom 1: double bed 140 x 190 cm, desk, chest of drawers
- Bedroom 2: double bed 140 x 190 cm
- Room 3: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and toilet. The bathroom has sea view!

Outside :
- Private garden of 100 m², fenced and south facing for sunbathing. You will have a table and garden seats to take your meals with family or friends. The garden overlooks an alley leading to the Crotoy beach.

Nearby :
- The house is located in the center of town, close to shops, restaurants and the beach.
- In the street are : 3 bakeries, a mini-market, a butcher, a cheese maker.
- The market takes place on Friday morning at Place Jeanne d'Arc next to the port. You will also find all the seafood restaurants around this square.

Activities :
- Discovery of the region: Saint Valéry sur Somme, Valloires abbey, Regnières-Ecluse castle, Marquenterre park.
- Sports : cycling, horse riding, hiking...
- Seaside activities: Hull fishing, longe-côte, Sailboat at Fort Mahon...
- Relaxation on the fine sandy beach of Le Crotoy, facing south.

Transport :
- By car: public parking spaces are available near the house. In high season, it can be complicated to park. You can buy parking tickets: 8 € / day or 30 € / week.
- By train: arrival by train from Noyelles station on the TER Paris-Amiens-Calais axis.
- By bus: intercommunal bus network.
- Bicycle rentals are available in the surrounding area.

Other remarks :
- The staircase leading to the first floor is steep. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility or very old people.
- Possibility to rent sheets and towels: 20 euros per set of sheets and 5 euros per set of towels.
