Amenities include a washer and dryer, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, large gas range with convection oven, woodstove in the living room, cable television, DVD player, Bose radio with CD player, wireless internet, a small dining table, and additional seating at the granite countertop with two bar stools. Patio furniture is provided on the back deck for outdoor dining and relaxation.

The cabin is conveniently located within walking distance of Ward Creek, Sunnyside Restaurant & Lodge, and the public beach adjacent to Sunnyside. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby hiking trails and the paved bike path that travels along the West Shore all the way to Sugar Pine Point State Park.

During the winter months, enjoy easy access to some of Tahoe's premier ski resorts, including Palisades Tahoe, Homewood Mountain Resort, and Northstar California Resort.

This home does not allow any parties or events, as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is from 9pm-8am. Thanks for your cooperation!

There is an electric fence system at this house to protect it from bears when unoccupied. Detailed instructions will be given to you once booked.

Cleaning fee includes linens and towels. You may want to bring beach towels, as those are not provided.
