- Balcony facing NORTH, accessible from the living room and bedroom. The balcony will offer you a view of the park.

For even more comfort, the owners decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine with dryer, ironing board and iron.

- Located in St-Etienne without having to enter the city, you will be close to the node which serves in particular: Lyon and the airport St Exupéry, Clermont-Ferrand, Roanne et le Puy and Valence.
- All the shops are close by: restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops, greengrocers, florists, hairdressers, banks, post office, Casino supermarket on the ground floor of the apartment. . .
