Out of sight, near Broceliande, the legendary forest of King Arthur

This cute little house is right in the centre of the village, but still will offer you privacy and quietness thanks to its little fenced garden, with a nice view on the surrounding countryside.
Our village is located between Rennes, a beautiful and pleasant city, and the legendary forest of Brocéliande. You can also easily escape to the north coast (Saint Malo and its surroundings) and to the south coast (Gulf of Morbihan).
Nearby Monterfil, the lake of Trémelin or the Gardens of Brocéliande will be ideal places for family outings.

There are 2 bedrooms for up to 5 people:
- first floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 x 190 cm
- second floor: 1 bedroom with 3 beds 90 x 190 cm (2 can be put together to have a bed for 2 people)
Please note that bed linen and towels can be provided as an option:
- bed linen: 12,00€ per bed
- towels: 5,00€ per person

In the main room (ground floor): a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with a smart TV.

Please note that:
- the only toilets of the house are on the ground floor.
- the bathroom is on the 1st floor.
- electricity / heating : an electricity fee for 20 kw/h per day is included (not included: electric heating). In case of higher electricty consumption, extra costs will apply (on basis of the real electricity consumption - data from the electricity meter).

There is a parking space in front of the house (it is part of the property). It is possible to charge electric vehicles (extra cost).

Nearby the house, you will find a café ("Le Breizh") which also sells bread, viennoiseries (so you can enjoy croissants at breakfast !), basic food products and drinks.

"L'ôtë d'âra rouje" : means "the house made of red schist" in Gallo language.
