This is a fantastic apartment in a wonderful location. It is beautifully set up with everything you could possibly need.It is in walking distance to Puerto Banus with excellent shopping and dining.However, if there has to be a "However" we must say something about the host, Cristina. Everything you could need in a self catering apartment. Both Christina, the owner, and Vince who she recommended for the airport transfer were excellent and a mine of information. The pool was great and the lawn area and sun loungers saw a lot of us when we took a break from exploring during our 3 week stay in October 2025. 2 minute walk to nearest shop. 2 minute walk to bus stop for direct buses to Marbella, Estepona and other great spots. 10 minute walk to bigger cheaper supermarket and to the beach. 15 minute walk to the marina and loads of restaurants and high end shopping. Everything you need!

We found ourselves with last minute lodging needs in Andalucia and were fortunate enough to secure 5 nights at Cristina's apartment. She provided us with a warm reception and thorough tour of the grounds. She was also kind enough to take us to the grocery store while showing us around the immediate area. She's an amazing host. The apartment itself is located in a resort area--near high end shopping and diverse dining options. While we aren't really resort people and spent most of our time day tripping to other towns, it was nice to come back to a tidy, aesthetically pleasing place within walking distance of any and all cuisine. Every meal we had at nearby restaurants was incredible. I felt safe and comfortable, and Cristina was only a phone call away. I highly recommend!

A lovely home away from home.

We are seasoned vrbo users and can say unequivocally that our stay at Christina's apartment exceeded expectations. Communication with her from the beginning thru Covid delays, changing dates etc. was exceptionally prompt. This level of service continued throughout our three week stay. Location is excellent ( 7 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, very close to many restaurants and supermercados and public transit( as we did not have a car). The apartment is exactly as pictured in the photos. Linens and towels are top quality, the bed and living room furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen is the best equipped we have ever experienced. The apartment is absolutely spotless. Extensive satellite TV options are most welcome when enjoying an extended stay and internet is definitely hi-speed. Christina is a 5 star host, not only was there a lovely welcome basket upon arrival ( wine ,water, biscuits, chocolates, fruit) she even refunded money due to seasonal date changes on our part. When we advised her that we were not expecting a refund she commented " it was the right thing to do". We would have loved to have stayed longer !

We loved this rental property. When we arrived, Cristina was there to greet us. She was a wealth of information. After showing us the ins and outs of the apartment, she further explained how to get around the area. It is very close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The apartment is very well equipped. The queen size bed was very comfortable. The linens, towels, and kitchen equipment were all top quality. My husband and I would highly recommend this place. Clean and cozy apartment in perfect neighbourhood

Very clean and super cosy apartment in a quiet residential neighbourhood just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and Puerto Banus harbour. We loved every minute and instantly felt like home. Cristina is the most generous, welcoming and communicative host who organised a baby high chair and a baby cot upon our request. She even bought us breakfast and cava as the stores were closed on the day of our arrival. As it was off season we didn’t use the pool area much but it was perfect for a read in the sun. I highly recommend this listing for couples or families with a baby.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Our first time at Cristina’s apartment and it was wonderful. We know the area very well as we’ve been visiting since 2006 but we couldn’t book our usual apartment and found Cristina’s on Home and Away. We weren’t disappointed. Spotlessly clean, great walk in shower and a lovely living room. It’s located in the heart of the action. As mentioned on other reviews, the pool area backs onto the main motorway and it can be a wee bit noisy but it’s spotlessly clean with a large pool and has plenty of sun beds. Stick a pair of head phones on and you won’t notice the background noise. After 2 days it didn’t bother us .The apartment is located at the side of the H10 hotel next to a very popular French restaurant. Its so convenient for the underpass located at the side of the casino - 75 yds from the apartment. 10 mins and you’re in the port. We walked to either Marbella or San Pedro every day but there’s plenty of pit stops along the way. Nearby , you have Funky tapas (highly recommended) or go over the hill towards Aldea Blanca and you’ll find the best (local) tapas bar in Puerto Banus, namely El dorado. We’ve been visiting it for 13 years and it’s exceptional. It’s located near the Voven restaurant . We are delighted with our choice of “stand by” apartment and will definitely return to Cristina’s apartment in the near future.

Fabulous stay

Had a lovely stay and apartment everything said it was. Highly recommended tapas bar and the staff friendly in sports bar. We’ve been to Peurto Banus a few times over the years an old favourite for us. Would recommend this apartment to any couple wanting to experience the area.

Vakantie Puerto Banus

We hebben 2 lekkere weken gehad in dit luxe appartement wat in mooie locatie staat waarvandaan je makkelijk overal heen kan. Lopend of fietsend naar het centrum of strand is een makkie door een tunneltje onder de weg. Het appartement ziet er echt keurig uit en de communicatie met Christina is perfect. Ook heel dicht bij het appartement kan je lekker eten, boodschappen doen en elke zaterdag een fantastische markt in de buurt. Taxi en/of Uber direct voor de deur ook. Om opgehaald te worden vanaf het vliegveld werden we in contact gebracht met Vince en deze aardige keurige man bracht ons naar het appartement en liet kort de omgeving even zien. Complimenten

Home from Home

I just want to start by saying that this apartment exceeded our expectations. We were able to check in early which was perfect as we'd had an early flight. Cristina had suggested Vince the taxi guy for our transfers which we used, and he was great, he knew where he was going so there was no issues with arriving at the apartment. Cristina greeted us, she was friendly and you can tell she takes pride in her property, which we did also. Its spotless. She showed us round, including the pool and gave us some tips on how to use things in the apartment which was great. She has catered for every need. It really is a home from home. The place is decorated to a high standard, its very comfortable and has everything you will need for a base. Excellent shower/bathroom. Beach towels, shower gel, washing powder, cling film, salt, pepper, olive oil..the list is long! English TV channels inc sports channels, there are DVDs and films on the tv box also. We had a bottle of wine chilled in the fridge from cristina which is a lovely little touch. The bed was very comfy, extra pillows and duvet in the wardrobe if needed. It has a small balcony which we used every day, out there is a washing airer and pegs. Air conditioning which we only used a couple of times as the fans were enough. The place is light and airy.The pool is not heavily used, there were a handful of people every day. There is noise from the road, a busy road, but it's very private and after the first day we didn't really notice it, but the pool is lovely and we made good use of it. The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is a lift. The local area is great, 2 minute walk is The funky tapas gastro bar food is amazing, really reasonably priced. We went to the sports bar daily and drinks are also reasonable, nice Gin. Next to the sports bar is an Italian, they do pizza to go, lovely! To cross the road there a subway which goes from the casino over the road, really simple - vince gave us all this information when he dropped us off. There is a supermarket next to the italian, however there is a bigger supermarket further up the hill, but even better is corte de ingles, a huge shopping centre in the town. The local beach is a 10 minute walk. There is a regular bus over the road to Marbella which is so cheap. Visit the old town, it's worth a trip out. Overall our week was perfect, We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, I wish we had booked longer. Thank you Cristina for everything.

Great appartment, nicely decorated, clean and with all the basic (kitchen) things you need. Cristine is a very nice host and always there if you need anything. Great apartment at a great location

The apartment is really nice and the owner, Cristina, was really accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The apartment was clean and offered little extra things, such as papper towels, toilet paper, spicies and coffe, that are not always provided when you rent an apartment. I happily recommend it to anyone who plans on spending some time in the Puerto Banus area.

Great Stay

My husband and I enjoyed to stay over in this nice and very clean apartment. We were greeted warmly by the owner and her services are excellent. Due to our stay of 5 weeks extra new towels and bed linen were available. The bed is very comfortable and large. Also the bathroom is clean and very spacious. Nice open kitchen including all we needed as described in the advertisement. Good internet; films could be watched, and even all Dutch channels to be received. One downside is the French balcony next to the bedroom due to a short period of sunshine in the morning. The location of the apartment is near the main roads and supermarkets. Five minutes walk to the beach of Puerto Banus. Beautiful walk via the boulevard to Marbella and to San Pedro de Alcantara. In short, we are happy to recommend this apartment, both for a short and a long period,

Great Location and Host Who thinks of Everything

This rental is perfect for two people visiting the area. Christina has provided all the little things most VRBO rentals don't. Things like cooking oil, spices, cold water, ice cubes, large bath towels, etc. Plus this rental has a queen sized bed which is unusual in Europe. The two of us used this rental as our hub on visits to Tangiers, Alhambra, Gibraltar, and the caves of Nerja. With the ideal location we could also walk to the beach for sunrise and sunset. I highly recommend selecting this rental.

Excellent ...

Excellent property, immaculately presented and fitted out, and spotlessly clean on arrival. Cristina met us and went over all the bits and bobs and left us to it. Well situated for the beach and port (10-15 minute stroll), as well as a good variety of local eateries (and a supermarket) all within 100-200 metres of the apartment if you don’t want to wander far in the evening. Pool area is lovely if a little noisy due to the main road – didn’t notice myself as I listen to music whilst lying about. Pool temperature was perfect. Pretty much an ideal base for a stay in Puerto Banus if you don’t fancy the hotel option. Highly recommended.

A lovely, clean & well equipped apartment close to Puerto Banus with excellent service!

This apartment gave us everything we hoped for from our visit to Puerto Banus. Cristina the owner could not have done any more than she did to make us feel welcome and for us to get the most from our stay. We would highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a clean, well equipment holiday home that is well located, close to the action but far enough away!

Super nice and clean apartment, good location

We really liked the apartment and enjoyed our stay there. It was very light and clean almost like no one lived there before. Interior is nice and stylish. Comfy bed and good shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need for cooking including olive oil, spices and even foil. Also tea and coffee as a bonus!:) Just perfect! There's nice outdoor swimming pool where's usually max 1-2 persons beside you and very calm. Location is good as well, 10-15 minutes walk to Puerto Banus harbor with shopping and dining/club area. Taxis available just around the corner at the hotel and it takes around 5 EUR to the center. Same to the beach. Supermarket is 2 minutes walking distance, the bigger one is 10 minutes away. Highly recommend this place to stay in Puerto Banus. Love it! Thanks Cristina!:)

Perfect Apartment

My wife and I stayed in this lovely apartment for a week in May and have never had a better prepared and more welcoming rental. Cristina , the owner, stayed up until 2am to greet us as our flight was delayed and made no compliment of it! The stay was spotless well very well furnished and equipped and just a few minutes from beach and restaurants etc. Also very nice shared pool with lots of room for lying out. Great! Brendan Ireland

The apartment is supper clean and has every thing you need in it. The location is great and anything you need and anywhere you want to go in walking distance. The host ( Cristina) is a very nice, kind, welcoming lovely lady. She is very helpfull and willing to give you all the information you need to know during your stay. She is awesome👍👍👍 Over all everything is wonderfull and I look forward to go back there in future for vacation

Wonderful find!

Beautiful apartment only a short walk from puerto

The apartment is beautifully decorated, the interior is well thought out and is immaculate like a hotel, but has a homely feel as well. The little extra gestures such as water in the fridge and products in the bathroom made us feel welcome. The kitchen is fully equipped which was very useful for us. There is everything you could need such as an iron, washing machine etc. We had a small problem with the shower being difficult to turn on and off, Christina was very apologetic and got on to it being fixed asap. It was useful that we could contact her on whatsapp with any queries we had and she was very helpful. The apartment is in a nice quiet area in a secure building and you feel very safe. There is a relaxing garden and pool, however we took the short walk to the beach most days. Should you wish to take a taxi to/from the apartment right to the restaurants and bars at the port it is around €6 in a taxi, however we enjoyed the walk. Everything about the apartment was lovely, the only tiny problem we had was that the air conditioning is in the lounge and in the summer heat bedroom does get warm, however there is a ceiling fan and a floor fan. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others :)

Luis y Gloria MADRID BONITO Y ACOGEDOR APARTAMENTO Hemos pasado unos días de vacaciones alojados en este apartamento en el que nos hemos encontrado muy a gusto. Nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable. El apartamento se adapta plenamente a las fotografías y características de su descripción. Es muy bonito y acogedor, es nuevo, está muy limpio y muy bien equipado, muy completo y además Cristina, la dueña, es una maravillosa anfitriona que se preocupa de que todo esté perfecto. Tiene muchos detalles que no son frecuentes en otros apartamentos. Desde el primer momento tienes la sensación de estar en tu casa, de que no echas en falta nada, de que está todo a punto, también tiene detalles de bienvenida, que es su manera de preocuparse porque la estancia sea realmente agradable. Si surge algún problema, está ahí, y es muy eficaz. Un viernes se estropeó la vitrocerámica y a las tres horas teníamos instalada una nueva. El apartamento es estupendo, y su propietaria lo gestiona muy bien. La situación es muy buena, la piscina es preciosa, y a cualquiera que lo quiera reservar, se lo recomendamos plenamente. Sin duda hemos quedado muy satisfechos y hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia. Gracias Cristina. Un abrazo. LUIS Y GLORIA
