Real Escapes Properties ist stolz darauf, Ihnen unsere neueste Immobilie präsentieren zu können - 1204 Demere Road! Dieses Cottage mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern ist ein brandneues Gebäude mit einem geräumigen und luftigen Grundriss. Besser noch, es ist welpenfreundlich. Noch besser - es gibt einen privaten Pool im eingezäunten Hinterhof!

Sie werden die Schiffswände lieben, die gerade genug Farbe im ganzen Haus haben, um zu wissen, dass Sie sich an einem besonderen Ort befinden.

Alle Geräte sind brandneu, einschließlich des Weinkühlers. Der Esstisch bietet bequem Platz für 4 Personen und es gibt zusätzliche Sitzplätze an der Inselbar. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Fernseher 55 "sowie brandneue entspannende Möbel.

Die Master Suite befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen großen Fernseher, ein eigenes Bad mit einer schönen ebenerdigen Dusche und einen Master-Schrank, der groß genug ist, um darin zu wohnen. Auf der Hauptebene befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, beide mit Queensize-Betten und Fernseher. Zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern befindet sich ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche.

Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss. Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und das andere über ein Queensize-Bett. Beide Schlafzimmer haben einen eigenen Flachbildfernseher und Deckenventilatoren. Das Vollbad im Obergeschoss verfügt über eine Dusche / Badewanne.

Ihre größte Entscheidung könnte darin bestehen, auf den Schaukelstühlen der Veranda zu sitzen oder sich auf der Veranda (direkt neben der Küche) zu versammeln, die zu Ihrem persönlichen Swimmingpool führt.

Es gibt viel Platz für Familie und Freunde. Das komfortable Stranddekor lässt Sie länger bleiben. Dieses entzückende Ferienhaus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu King & Prince Beach & the Village!

Our family enjoyed the house and the amenities. The pool was perfect for our grandchildren. We wish we were a little closer to the beach. The adults could walk without issues but the younger grandchildren could not walk. The house was perfect for our family. The number of rooms and bathrooms worked perfectly!

Great house and location

We had a great time in SSI. The house was perfect. We enjoyed the backyard, pool and solo fire pit. Great location to shops and restaurants. The driveway/parking area was a little difficult to navigate.

Also the location of the home is perfect, only a few minutes drive to Massengale Beach and to the pier/shops. I do wish the parking spots could be bigger for a 5 bedroom house but we were able to make it work with 2 trucks and a car so that we didn’t block the house behind us. Would stay here again!

Pretty house but a few things to know

The house itself is a perfect size and well done. It fit everyone comfortably and has ample living space. Our only complaints were that a lot of the rugs, though clean, seem to be covered in animal urine stains and the towels also seems dirty and super used. Finally, the tap water was almost unbearable—the smell of sulfur made it difficult to even shower. I’ve been to SSI so many times before and have had no issues with tap water (and during this trip, I had no issues anywhere other than this property). Finally, make sure you bring toiletries for the shower. There weren’t even travel sized ones available upon check-in.

Lovely Time

We booked this house for a week in late February/early March. My husband and I were unable to go due to a sick pet but but my sister in law was able to still go with a couple of friends. I was a little hesitant to rent the home based on several of the reviews that complained about the parking situation and nasty neighbor. Our party followed the parking guidelines and had no problems at all. The home was immaculately clean. We would not hesitate to rent this home again in the future.

This home fit the bill. It is a beautiful new home with a pool and fenced in yard. The home was very well equipped and and clean. My only dings are the King sized bed should be replaced and the water pressure needs to be checked as it was weak at best. With those two items fixed we would rent this home again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would describe our stay as bittersweet. The house was beautiful and spacious - just what we needed for 8 guests. The trip to the beach was fine with the golf cart. The owner had plenty of supplies on hand for our use in the kitchen and bathrooms. That said, there were only two parking spaces with no explanation on how to handle other vehicles for an expensive rental that sleeps 12.The residents behind the house sent pictures to the leasing office and called repeatedly about how we were blocking the drive. This was inaccurate. The office left rude voice mails based on the feedback they had been given by the nasty neighbor, again which were not true. We had three cars parked (and running) for a few minutes to unload and load and never blocked the drive. I didn't appreciate the tone and inflammatory way this was handled, again at such an expensive property.

This was pointed out in two previous posts and should be remedied ASAP to limit owners liability exposure.

Reviewer Comments: I rented this property for my son and his family as an overflow house for our larger family who were staying in a bigger house 3 driveways away. All of us checked out the house and were envious of how great this house was. It was clean with a great layout and the closets were massive if you had to set up a crib. And there are tubs for bathing babies/kids which was fantastic compared to most rentals. The only ding would be the house sleeps 10 but the table only seats 4. Otherwise, I would highly recommend.
