Thank you so much for your five-star review. My team and I always strive to create the best experience for our guests. With regards to your comments: as Daniel (the concierge who works on my team who met you and got you checked in on the day of your arrival) shared with you, complimentary transportation is available at any time day or night between the house and the main road. This service is provided so that guests do not have to walk up and down the steep entry drive if they choose not to do so. The pickup truck / taxi driver can also be hired for about $13 total cost to take guests into tge town of Panajachel (about a 10 to 15 minute drive) where there countless restaurants, multiple ATMs, four grocery stores (two of which are specialty grocery stores that have a wide array of imported grocery items), cafes, bars etc. There are also three restaurants that are in the immediate vicinity of the house. I hope you enjoyed your meals prepared by the in-house cook. The cost for up to four people for the labor is $35 per group, not per person, plus the cost of ingredients. I see that the total cost for your four meals was around $340 plus taxes and credit card fees. That works out to be about $25 per person per meal time. The cook does all of the grocery shopping, meal prep, meal service and the cleanup afterwards. Thank you again so much for your review and comments. We value them very much.

Lynn and family were the perfect guest, I have spoken to both Nickolas and Teresa and were told that Lynn and family were very respectful of the house and more important to both of them. When you rent a vacation home no matter how beautiful having staff that are welcoming can make a beautiful home more beautiful and that same home with staff that are not sensitive to you needs and not welcoming can make that home not quite as nice. I want to thank Lynn for her recognition of Nikholas and Teresa as they are the backbone of Casa Tzampoc. We would be happy to have Lynn back anytime she chooses to come back to the Lake.
