Beautiful Sound View Condo - fully renovated!

This fully renovated lovely three bedroom condo has a comfortable open floor plan with large windows and lots of light. The living and dining areas have water views from both the balcony and deck. Relax on the deck and enjoy the quiet beauty of the sunset across the sound. The peaceful waterfowl and tides of the sound are simply indescribable. You may even have a dolphin sighting during high tide. There are docks for fishing and outdoor grills for all your barbequing requirements. Three swimming pools, one of which is ocean front, and three tennis courts are at your disposal. The ocean front pool also has a deck with rocking chairs for a great ocean view. The beach is a short five minute walk from the condo. Ocean Isle Beach is a beautiful beach for walking, sunbathing, swimming, shell collecting, and photography. It's a mile walk to the center of the island, our favorite coffee shop, Drift, and a nice selection of local restaurants. The master bedroom has a king bed and a newly renovated en suite bathroom. The second bathroom, also newly renovated, can be entered from either the hallway or 2nd bedroom, which has two queen beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and desk. We do not provide linen and towel service, but there are several linen service options available at OIB. The condo has smart TVs in every bedroom, as well as in the living room. Bring your log in information for Netflix, Prime, and most other popular streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped for 8 guests who enjoy cooking or just heating up takeout from one of the many island restaurants. The large dining room table seats 8 comfortably with views of the sound, and the living room overlooks the fishing lagoon. In addition we have covered parking for two cars. No pets allowed, no exceptions. Ocean Isle Beach is about halfway between Myrtle Beach and Wilmington (about a 30-45 minute drive either way), close enough for dinner or shopping. Calabash and its famous seafood are just 20 minutes away. In addition there are about 20 golf courses within a 20 -minute drive of the island. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the condo, on the balcony, or on the deck. The condo is professionally cleaned with all surfaces sanitized prior to each rental. From June through August, we can only accept Saturday to Saturday dates.
