Genießen Sie die schönsten Momente Ihrer Familie in unserem Ferienhaus am exklusiven West End von Ocean Isle Beach. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Golfplätze und der OIB Pier, der sich hervorragend zum Angeln eignet.

Unsere geräumige "Blue Dolphin Villa" mit einer Fläche von 18 Quadratmetern bietet Platz für 12 Personen in vier Schlafzimmern mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Die Villa ist mit maßgefertigten Vorhängen und einer gemütlichen Strandatmosphäre dekoriert.

Diese Lage bietet einen wunderschönen Strand und Zugang zum Islander Resort Beach Club mit seinem Pool am Meer, dem Whirlpool, der Tiki Bar und dem Isles Restaurant. Genießen Sie leichte Vorspeisen zu kompletten Mahlzeiten, während Sie auf der Poolterrasse am Meer sitzen.

Komfort wird groß geschrieben, daher ist jedes Schlafzimmer mit erstklassigen Matratzen und viel Stauraum ausgestattet. Die Master Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und elegante antike Möbel. Das Master-Bad verfügt über eine neu renovierte ebenerdige Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist mit Palmenmotiven dekoriert und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, eine eigene Mikrowelle und einen TV. Ein drittes Schlafzimmer hat zwei große Betten und ist wunderschön in einem Cape-Cod-Thema mit weißen Korbmöbeln eingerichtet. Das kinderfreundliche vierte nautische Schlafzimmer bietet zwei Etagenbetten, einen Fernseher für Kinderfilme und DVDs, um die Kinder gut zu unterhalten.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche bietet Platz für 12 Erwachsene. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten mit einer Couch, einem Liebessitz und zwei Drehstühlen. Ein an der Wand montierter 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher sorgt für Entspannung.

Das Deck verfügt über Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien mit einem speziell angefertigten Picknicktisch und zwei Hängematten-Schaukelstühlen. Zu den Aussichten auf das Deck gehören eine Lagune und der Inter-Coastal Waterway im Westen. Unterhaltungsprogramm an Deck umfasst eine Fülle von Schildkröten, die in der Lagune schwimmen.

Die Villa befindet sich am nächsten zum öffentlichen Zugang zum Strand und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt (weniger als 200 Meter). Angrenzend an die Villa befindet sich ein großer offener Bereich, in dem Familien Volleyball, Fußball oder andere Spiele im Freien spielen können.

Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze für bis zu 4 Autos.

Die Villa ist eine kurze Fahrt zwischen Mytrle Beach, SC und dem historischen Wilmington, NC. Zu den Attraktionen in Myrtle Beach zählen das Alabama Theatre, Barefoot Landing, der Broadway on the Beach und ein Wasserpark im Freien. Wilmington bietet Führungen durch das USS North Carolina Battleship Memorial und ein malerisches historisches Viertel mit Geschäften und gehobenen Restaurants.

Family Vacation

Our stay was amazing! The pool and clubhouse is just down the road and was impeccable! We met so many nice people! The beach was right next to it!!! We rented golf carts and it worked perfectly! The house was very clean and the layout was great (we had a 1 yr old with us). Would stay there again for sure!!!

It was everything we needed for our extended family. Enough room for all of us to sleep comfortably. Location was great to beach access and not far from the Beach Club. And the little pond in the back with all the turtles was heaven. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Games were great too and plenty of seating in den area. Truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to more OIB trips of building memories in the years to come.

Great Vacation at OIB

We had a great vacation this year at OIB. The condo we stayed at was very nice. We were very close to the beach, only a short walk away. Everything at the condo was in good condition and we did not have any issues come up with the property. The owners of the property were very good to work with. I highly recommend this place.

Great Property in a great location.

Really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Jolene was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. We arrived right after a tropical storm passed through and she stayed in communication with me in the days leading up to my stay to make sure I had all the information I needed. Great condo in a great location, would definitely rent again.

Great Layout

Lots of turtles to watch from the balcony. You should see the Museum on second street. If you are playing put-put golf you can park at the pier for free. Our hosts were very nice.

Great Beach Vibes

Jolene was such a gracious host and very attentive to our needs. Her place was beautifully decorated with a great beach vibe all throughout the place. It was well stocked in the kitchen with everything we needed and I may mention that it was spotless when we arrived. The beach access was within walking distance we did not even need to rent a golf cart. Would definitely rent again when my family gets together.

Recharged at the beach

We had a great few days at the beach. Our stay was very comfortable and the condo was great. The unit was very clean with a wonderful layout and great access to the beach. The back deck overlooks a retention pond with a fountain and is so relaxing to sit out there in the morning with coffee. The unit was very well appointed and my interactions with our host were great. Just a great experience all around. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a very nice property with everything we needed. Very clean, nicely furnished and short walk to beach and pool. We exercised as a family under condo several mornings and it felt so good with the ocean breeze. We played pickle ball, visited pool, rode our bikes to coffee shop several days. We hated it to be over. We had our adult children and their families, 6 adults, 1 teen and 4 small kiddos. Jolene was a pleasure to work with and she always responded when i had a question. We hope to stay again sooner than later.

Beautiful condo. Seemed more like a beachy home, which I loved. Well equipped kitchen. Very spacious. Everyone had enough space to do their own thing but family meeting place in lovely kitchen and dining room.

Grear stay despite Tropical storm Debby!

Property was excellent. Very clean and met all of our needs (two grandparents, adult son and 2 grandsons ages 9 and 11). Unfortunately the weather was pretty awful the entire week (Tropical storm "Debby") but we were very fortunate that we were staying just one block from other family and friends so we had a blast. Great location!

We absolutely loved this property and the location. There was plenty of space for all of us (5 kids, 4 adults) and the place had everything we needed. We cooked at the house several times and the kitchen was very well stocked. The convenience to the pool was great and we enjoyed both the pool and the beach. We took a trip to Myrtle one day to see a show and do some shopping and the drive wasn't bad at all. The owners were absolutely wonderful and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we'll definitely look at renting this property again in the future.

Amazing Condo! Felt like home

Hands down the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! The condo was very clean and fully equipped. It has a full size washer and dryer which is amazing when you have five kids. The hosts were very nice and quickly responded to all questions we had. It is conveniently located two streets over from the beach on a very quiet street. The fridge was large and had a working ice machine. I can’t say enough about how nice this condo is. Definitely recommend!

5 min walk to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay! This was my first time at ocean isle, The canals out back provided some entertainment with the turtles since we couldn’t see the ocean, it helped to watch the turtles and we even saw an alligator! A little miscommunication caused us to not be able to rent linens or beach gear in time so we had to purchase both but now we have chairs to take in the future! The seat turtle nests were the highlight of our trip for sure! The house was very clean, and a direct walk of about 5 mins to the beach which wasn’t bad! The pool is further, takes about 10-15 and isn’t really ideal to walk down, so that was a bummer but we got to enjoy the beach because the water was so warm!! Overall a very nice trip

Wonderful family beach week!

This is a very comfortable and clean condo. Great view of the canal to watch the birds and the turtles. A very quick and easy walk to the beach and the beach club. It was great to have the option to go to the pool at the beach club and have lunch and not have to go into town. The condo is spacious and cozy at the same time. I had my three teenagers and they were able to spread out and have their own spaces but we all enjoyed gathering for meals and movies in the cozy family room. We rented bikes and road around every night after dinner. We also got an umbrella delivered to the beach every morning so all we had to do was bring our chairs and we could have shade at the beach all day if the sun got too hot (https://beachwayrentals.com/). Beachway rentals did a great job. We would definitely rent this condo again. The owner is very friendly and helpful!
