Diese Wohnung ist ein 2 Schlafzimmer, 2. 5 Badezimmer Stadthaus mit einem voll ausgestatteten. Wir haben einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer, den Pool und die wunderschön gepflegten Rasenflächen. Das Gerät wurde kürzlich mit neuen Wohnzimmermöbeln, 55-Zoll-Smart-TV, Hauptschlafzimmermöbeln und einem umgebauten Hauptbadezimmer modernisiert. Unser Komplex verfügt über 4 temperaturgesteuerte Pools, einen schönen Strand, Schlägerballplätze, einen Essiggurkenballplatz, Grillplätze und Spielplätze. Das freundliche Mietpersonal ist vor Ort, um bei Problemen schnell reagieren zu können. Das Fitnessstudio und die Bibliothek sind während der normalen Geschäftszeiten geöffnet.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff and management at Summerhouse were excellent; very attentive and quick to address the concerns we brought to their attention.Unfortunately, Unit SH 144 was in poor condition. We had to dry our clothes on the balcony because the dryer door would not close properly. The master bedroom was extremely hot, making it uncomfortable to sleep, and we ended up sleeping on the downstairs couch instead. The unit was also lacking an adequate supply of towels.While we greatly appreciated the outstanding service from the staff, the condition of the unit significantly impacted our stay. We are giving this property one star for its location and one star for the staff, who were truly exceptional.

Thank you for your review of unit 144. The issue with the dryer has been addressed by the owner and they have replaced it. The towels are supplied by Summerhouse in which have a certain amount per unit. If needed, you are more than welcome to stop by the office regarding towels. Regarding the upstairs, with townhouses there will be a difference in temperature upstairs compared to downstairs but nothing drastic so please report to the front office and we will have the maintenance crew come take a look at it for you. The staff is friendly and helpful with any needs. The property is spotlessly clean...the pools and surrounding areas are always perfectly kept. Beach access is safe and easy and the view of the ocean from our balcony is lovely! Thank you, Summerhouse, for maintaining a perfect home away from home for us!

Not happy

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was disappointed in this rental compared to other places I have rented in the past. No high definition tv in the bedrooms. Not enough toliet paper and paper towels for the 4 day stay. Location was ok. I guess I got what I rented since I rented this unit close to when I was coming

We are glad you had a good time, but the toiletries are part of the guest needs and is in your rental agreement as SH gives you a gift set which includes a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, along with dish detergent, soap, laundry detergent, dish washing detergent and scrub pad. Those items are for you upon arrival, and until you can go to the store or to use what you brought to meet your individual taste and needs. Thanks for your understanding.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great! But the condo wasn't the cleanest. The couch and loveseat were very dirty and the the couch was broken. You would not even be able to use the pull out bed if needed. Not even comfortable to sit on. Furniture definitely needs to be replaced. AC worked great downstairs but it stayed very warm upstairs. The dryer would not stay on so we had to hang dry towels after washing.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived March 1st for 2 months and learned we had no air conditioning and the dryer did not work. We paid almost $8,000 for these two months and told we had air and laundry also, so we packed accordingly. It took 6 weeks to get the air on and about the same for the dryer, therefore my vacation was go to the laundromat and not sleep comfortably without having air. Quite dissapointed as we have been coming to Summerhouse fo r quite a few years. we were reimbursed a small amount of money for the laundry part but, as promised, we would be reimbursed for not having air.Well, we left on April 30th and my husband called a few weeks later to inquire of the reimbursement and left a message, haven't heard a thing since. I guess its our loss!
