As indicated on the VRBO WEBSITE, our pool is a normal community pool, residential, without loungers, it is not a hotel pool, and as you can see in our record of comments, no guest has objected to it. In the coming winter we will make improvements to adapt its access to people with mobility problems. We're sorry you didn't like it. The apartment is designed and prepared for 8 people so we have 2 coffee machines, this includes a good 10 cup coffee machine so that all guests can drink coffee at the same time and a second backup coffee machine, you could have used the second coffee machine of support for 2 to 6 cups or let us know to buy another coffee maker to your liking. As far as the balcony lacks sun, this is impossible, I clarify that the apartment is geographically facing South on the Mediterranean Sea (that's why they call this area the Costa del Sol) and the balcony is semicircular so you can enjoy from the sun all day (in summer from 7am to 10pm). We have checked the shower and we have not observed a problem in the outlet of water or in the evacuation of water. The bathrooms are newly renovated, and the showers have never had problems, you should have told us during your stay about the event to fix it. Due to the intense cleaning that we have had to do to the showers, we believe that you used hard soap to bathe and this obstructed the water drainage grid. As for the Taxi, as you should know, we do not offer a taxi service, so it is beyond our responsibility. We are very surprised that in this situation you have not communicated with us to resolve any eventuality immediately. Ms. Janet and myself are available to guests to resolve any inconvenience, you should have warned us of the situation before qualifying us wrongly.
