Schönes Cottage im Key West-Stil am ruhigen Kanal in Steinhatchee, Florida. Das Cottage befindet sich an einem Gezeitenkanal (geeignet für bis zu 20 Fuß (20 Fuß)) Flats Boat W / No Top oder Half Windshield oder Jon Boat, Floating Dock mit Zugang zum Golf in 10 Minuten (No Wake Zone). Ich habe eine Vereinbarung mit einem Nachbarn, der direkt am Fluss liegt und nasse Ausrutscher für Boote jeder Größe hat. Meine Mieter würden sich direkt mit dem Nachbarn in Verbindung setzen, sobald Reservierungen vorgenommen wurden. AUSSERDEM KÖNNEN MEINE GÄSTE IHR FAHRZEUG ZUM HAUS FAHREN UND ES SICHER AUF IHREM EIGENTUM PARKEN LASSEN, WÄHREND SIE AUF DEM WASSER SIND. MEINE GÄSTE HABEN ÜBER DIESE AMENITÄT GEWUNDERT.
Nach einem Tag auf dem Wasser hüpfen Sie einfach in einer Minute vom Boot zum Fahrzeug und wieder zu Hause. Auf meinem Grundstück gibt es Platz zum Abstellen Ihres Bootsanhängers und einiger Fahrzeuge auf dem Grundstück. ICH HABE EINE FISCHREINIGUNGSSTATION IN MEINEM HAUS AM KANAL HINTER MEINEM HAUS MIT VIEL RAUM, UM SICH AUF DEM DOCK ZU ENTSPANNEN. SCHWINGEN. HÄNGEMATTE ODER HÄNGEMATTENSCHWINGE. EIN NEU GEBAUTES FIREPIT- UND AUSSEN-ESSTISCH-SND-HOLZKOHLE-GRILL.
Naturparadies für einige der besten Salz- und Süßwasserangeln, Kanufahren und Muscheln in Florida. Wunderschön dekoriert mit einer abgeschirmten Veranda, Balkon, Fernseher in allen Zimmern, voll ausgestattete Küche. Schlaf 6 in den Betten. Nur eine 10-minütige Bootsfahrt (keine Spur) zum Golf. .5 Meile und weniger von Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäft, Dollar General und Bootsrampe. ungefähr 1 Meile zu allem, was Steinhatchee zu bieten hat. Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr privaten Gegend von Steinhatchee.

What a wonderful home! Michael took great care of us and was very communicative. The outdoor amenities made this spot special; after a great day scalloping we grilled by the creek, we enjoyed the afternoon on the screened in front porch, then we grilled in the backyard by the canal. Watching shooting stars from the bedroom balcony was a peaceful ending to a great stay. Thank you!

This was a very nice home. Very clean upon arrival and has everything you could need during your stay. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and more. Beds were very comfortable. The entire home was nicely decorated. The host was very accommodating, even with a special request. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house for my family of 6. My wife and I gave our 4 kids the master and we took the smaller bed. Plenty of scallops this year. Loads of fun. We have a 17’ boat and had no issues at all getting in or out of the canal, even at low tide. The house was clean everything worked great.

Very disappointed in the fact that the dock was not accessible for my sized boat. Should be told as part of decryption. Also, I took a 100 ft cord that could not reach the outlets and was told that has never been an issue. Should tell people with a medium sized boat to bring 200 feet. Unable to use the outdoor facilities because of mosquitoes, this is not their fault, however should be described as a concern to customers for health issue and or preparedness. Many of the spices were old a hard. I would gladly upgrade this review with another visit at a reduced price.

We are sorry this guest was disappointed, but we would like to clarify several points for future guests. Our listing clearly states that the home is located on a Gulf-access tidal canal and that dockage is most suitable for boats 22 ft. or less, while noting that many previous guests have successfully docked boats up to 26 ft. The description also advises guests with concerns about their particular boat to contact us prior to booking and explains that dockage cannot be guaranteed during unusually low tides or storm-related conditions. To our knowledge, this guest did not attempt to dock his boat during his stay. Regarding electrical access, we have hosted many guests with boats without this previously being an issue. Because boat size, trailer location and individual equipment needs vary, guests bringing boats who have specific electrical requirements are always welcome to contact us before arrival. The distance for electrical cords are less than 50 ft to dock and to trailer parking. Mosquitoes can unfortunately be present in coastal Florida, particularly during certain weather conditions. This is a natural part of the area and can vary considerably from day to day. The spices mentioned are complimentary items provided as an additional convenience and are not an advertised amenity. They are checked between guest stays and were in good condition prior to this stay. We take guest feedback seriously and work hard to accurately represent our property. After approximately eight years of hosting and more than 200 guest reviews with an overall rating of approximately 4.99 stars across our vacation-rental platforms, we believe our long history of guest experiences provides the best representation of the property. Finally, we will respectfully decline the guest's suggestion that he would “upgrade” this review in exchange for another visit at a reduced price. We believe reviews should reflect a guest's experience independently of discounts or other financial considerations.

We stayed for three nights and had the best time. The property is bigger than I thought it would be, very clean and a very quiet neighborhood. We did a little fishing in the canal and really enjoyed the outside space. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Who can resist a porch swing?? The house was very clean, very well stocked and smelled really good. The master room is very roomy and comfortable. The balcony outside of the master bedroom has a beautiful honeysuckle vine that smells so good. It makes seeing the canal from the balcony difficult, but the downstairs area under the balcony is roomy, with plenty of outside furniture to sit on and perfect view of the canal. It is also very well shaded. We have no complaints at all. It definitely deserves the 5 stars and we will definitely keep this place in mind to stay again when we visit again. Thank you so much for a really nice getaway!

What a lovely home!

The house was perfect. It had everything you would need for your stay in lovely quiet neighborhood. The neighbors were even friendly but you really would not know you had any. We would definitely choose this home to stay again in if in the area, Definitely recommend,

Great little getaway!

Property was clean and well stocked for being able to cook during our stay. Back yard are on the canal was nice, wish we had brought our paddle boards!

Living at Fernandina Beach, but from Valdosta Ga. The home makes a great get away to relax and enjoy the many water and non water activities or simply spend time relaxing. Community does not have one stop light. I find many of the same renters coming back each year along with new ones as well. They tell me the house is always immaculate and kept freshly decorated, great convenience being able to dock their boat directly behind the house. And the location is literallywalking distance to everything. Give us a try and see how you like it.

One of the best areas in Steinhatchee and property is located only 10 minutes via boat to the Gulf (no wake ride). Yard is partially fenced in offering landscaping, firepit, private dock and floating dock to dock your boat. Private yard large enough to park your boat trailer, golf cart, several vehicles. Dock is excellent area to relax and cook out or enjoy the firepit. There is a fish cleaning station on the dock. Home offers a large screened in porch with a swing and the master bedroom has a King size bed and a comfortable couch to relax while watching TV. Master Bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the canal with outside patio set to enjoy a cup of coffee or your favorite beverage. House is fully equipped with all amenities. High speed fiber internet with large Smart TV's in both bedrooms and living room with Firesticks and Youtube TV. Very clean, immaculate and furnished/decorated nicely.

Nature fully exposed with river, wildlife, Gulf and beautiful sunsets! Several state parks are only a few miles drive to spend the day. The small community is blessed to have a Grocery store, several convenience stores and a Dollar General. If you need a charter for any water activity, they are always available and at great rates. Also you will find many locals who are ready to clean your catch of the day, from inshore, offshore fish and scallops. There are several great landmark restaurants located within a mile of our house. Several full service marinas to launch your boat or get fuel and bait/ice. Also available are rentals for boats, Kayaks and Golf carts so you can fully enjoy your vacation. Night time is always an adventure with a couple of local hot spots usually offering live bands and/or karaoke and the location is close or on the water with outside Tiki style bars. My property is surrounded by nature that encompasses large Oak trees, Cypress trees and many other natural elements great for exploring or photography. Manatees frequent the canal regularly. So be careful when boating.
