Villa Les Hibiscus is a modern house that is very open to the outside world, combining the charm of wood with a trendy, well-cared-for decoration.
Its warm and design interior makes it a bubble of calm and sharing. The fully equipped kitchen is modern and functional, opening onto a convivial living room, equipped with a modular table and seating for meals, a living room with TV and a wood-burning stove for winter heating.

The bedrooms are functional and comfortable, in a contemporary style. A master suite on the first floor has a 160x190 bed, a shower room and a private toilet, as well as a TV with orange bouquet. Two bedrooms on the ground floor are equipped with pull-out beds that can offer one or two quality beds (80x200 or 160x200), and a single room offers two bunk beds (90x190). A shower room is available on the ground floor as well as a separate toilet.
The large tree-lined terrace is ideal for making the most of the outdoors during convivial meals or moments of relaxation.


## Surroundings

The house is located at the edge of the forest of Longeville which offers pretty walks under the pines, at only 500m from the beach Bouil. You can practice surfing or kite-surfing, but also sailing, at the nearby nautical base of Bouil. A very nice sea view restaurant also welcomes you, with its large terrace on the dune.
We are 1.5 km from the shops of Saint Vincent sur Jard and 3 km from the shops of Longeville sur Mer. Bike rental in Longeville !
