The best feature of this property is the location - closeness to the businesses in the area, to Waikiki Beach, and for this specific unit, the allocated parking. The unit itself is in good condition and everything worked. Some suggestions for improvements include: 1) Perhaps some upgrades to soundproofing the patio doors - street noise, especially garbage disposal starting at 500am is hearable daily. 2) some upgrades to the shading - while the shading worked, it was not complete - due to how the shades are configured, it is difficult to get close to blackout conditions - sunlight could come in even though all shades are down 3) some instructions for the TV / cable would be ideal - upon activation and turning on - the TV was not on the right input and one has to experiment to get the cable tv working. 4) AC can be improved - it is adequate - but needs to be maintained regularly 5) Water pressure in the shower could be improved - perhaps remove the water flow restrictor in the shower head. Other than above points, the unit is as advertised.
