Betreten Sie Ihr Eigentum über ein elektronisches Schloss und vergessen Sie den Aufwand beim Tragen von Schlüsseln! Ihr neues Zuhause in der Ferne mag von außen malerisch erscheinen, aber wenn Sie hineingehen, werden Sie überrascht sein. Die hohen Decken machen diesen gemütlichen Kurzurlaub groß und luftig. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Sofa, einen Flachbildfernseher in einem großen Schrank und lebendige Kunstwerke. Angrenzend finden Sie den Essbereich, der sich perfekt für ein hausgemachtes Essen eignet. Die Regale sind mit Büchern in Hülle und Fülle gestapelt! Lesen Sie etwas und gehen Sie auf die Terrasse, die von großen Bäumen und Efeu bedeckt ist - eine ruhige Leseszene.

Das Kingsize-Bett befindet sich oben auf dem Dachboden und wartet auf den Rest des Hauses.

Gehen Sie nach Westen und speisen Sie in einigen der besten Restaurants der Stadt, wie 700 Drayton, Fox & Fig und Hitch. The property was just the right size for my husband and I and our dogs. The street parking was great. Make sure you read the signs as they do street cleaning and if you are parked on that side of the street, you will get a ticket.The location was great; we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go.

We enjoyed the place, though it has many quirks and required adjustments. Only two matter: 1. I'm less than 6' tall, but the bedroom ceiling makes it impossible to stand up straight next to the bed on one side. I hit my head several times on the ceiling, getting in an out of bed.2. The stairs to the bedroom are slightly steeper and narrower than average, and they are painted dark brown. I mistook the last step before the landing for the landing itself, in the middle of the night, and fell. Fortunately, I'm in good shape and caught myself.

Walkable to everything

Within 15 to 20 minutes walk to everything , if you have a dog there is a dog park basically a block away .

Great rental in a great neighborhood

This rental is in Savannah’s historic district with beautiful scenery and easy access to lots of restaurants, shops, nightlife. Also very close to the riverfront. So much to do and see in a smaller radius, which was great if you like to walk.

Great Couples Getaway Spot

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend! It was a perfect, quiet little neighborhood. The house is adorable! Close enough to walk if you wanted or a really quick drive to restaurants, shops, nightlife, & history tours! We will definitely be back.

This is an exceptionally clean cozy home located close to food and entertainment. The home has everything you need to make the stay very comfortable. The proterty managers were very responsive. The home also has a wonderful collection of books. We definitely recommend this lovely property!

Definitely be back soon! Quaint little cottage with plenty of room. We walked everywhere and it was an easy twenty minute walk to River Street downtown. Property is as listed.

Anniversary trip

The cottage was adorable and we loved the location. I accidentally dropped the coffee carafe in the sink while cleaning it after breakfast and they had a brand new coffee maker at the cottage early that evening. They were very kind about the accident!!!!! We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!!

Started out bumpy…

The overall stay was decent and the place met our needs. The only issue we had was when we arrived. There was a strong smell of natural gas in the residence. After a few minutes, we noticed one of the knobs on the gas stove was turned on. After turning it off, we immediately opened front and back doors and a window as well as the vent fan to air the place out. We ended up leaving for a couple hours with the fan on and a window open. The smell was improved by the time we got back, but had not completely dissipated. The neighbor across the street thought it had been a couple days since someone had stayed there, but wasn’t positive. I contacted the management company and was simply told that the cleaning person must have left the stove on and they were sorry. That was the extent of their response. I’m not exactly sure what else I was expecting, but it seemed somewhat dismissive for what could’ve been a major issue. Savanna otherwise was fabulous!
