Salt Lick 83 ist ein sehr geräumiges Stadthaus auf zwei Ebenen in der Wildernest-Gegend von Silverthorne. Diese 1.877 Quadratmeter Ft. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder für 6 Personen. Große Fenster mit viel Licht und Aussicht. Riesige Decks wickeln sich um das Erdgeschoss. Es ist leicht zugänglich von der Ryan Gulch Road. Blick auf die kontinentale Wasserscheide vom Wohnbereich. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granit, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, einem Jenn-Air-Grill auf der Insel und viel Platz für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten. Essbereich für 6 Personen. Das Deck verfügt über Gartenmöbel für 4 Personen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Schnitt, einen Flachbildschirm und einen Holzkamin. Kostenloses Kabel und WiFi. Der große Eingangsbereich verfügt über einen Skischuhtrockner und viel Platz für Ausrüstung und Schuhe. Das Gerät verfügt über eine Sauna im Erdgeschoss. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner in voller Größe befinden sich im Gerät.

Ski weekend with my sons:)

Perfect location to rest after a day spent on the slopes. Furniture was comfy, more than enough space for everyone to recharge, kitchen had all of the essentials, sauna was a bonus. Would recommend and stay again.

The space was delightful for our family gathering, especially the living room area for relaxed evenings in, sitting and chatting. The kitchen space was serviceable, with fine appliances; I'm glad two of us live locally, as we were able to bring over and kitchen miscellany that were not provided. The top-floor rooms were fine for those that stayed there, though I would say the bottom-floor murphy bed leaves something to be desired. The sauna was a lovely feature, and the airy, open architecture allowed the natural beauty of the area to shine through.

One of the best features was the indoor sauna which was nice after a day of skiing. Great house, loved the sauna

Amazing location for our ski trip, great space for our group of 5. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The only strange part was the check-in process, which required us to drive to a separate location to “get the key” which was just a piece of paper with a code on it…this could have easily been texted or emailed to us. It wasn’t crazy far out of the way, but we all just thought it was bizarre. Overall though an awesome house and would recommend!

We visited the Dillon farmer's market, hiked the nearby Salt Lick Trail, and spent an afternoon in Breck. The property is also very family friendly, with the perfect little room for a crib, retractable stair gates and even an extra warm wearable blanket for babies. The indoor sauna was such a nice relaxing amenity. It would be great in the summer or winter and also worked for a cool somewhat rainy weekend.

Perfect Family Stay For A Snow Storm!

The views from every room were amazing and the location was perfect. 20 mins to Copper mountain & Breckenridge. Silverthorne, Frisco & Dillon had much to offer as well! Plethora of great restaurants to choose from & the grocery store was super close as well. To top it off, the sauna was amazing! It really was the perfect house & location for my family & I.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has some really nice attributes, like spacious living room with high ceilings, wood-burning fire place and nice views. The down side is the condo does not feel very well cared for, which definitely put a damper on the experience. The living room is very dark at night with just one overhead ceiling fan lamp that puts out very little light. Many cookware items still had food remnants or were in poor condition. Bathroom door lock didn't work. Lots of little things that were kind of a bummer.

This is disappointing, as this is a great unit. We also gave the guest remote check in instructions, which we usually do not do for this unit, so it's sad to us that they gave us 3 stars for helping them out. That's the bummer part about it for us. We will look at all of the suggestions left in this review to see if they justify a change in the unit, but any time a guest has issues while in-house, we are happy to fix them.

Centrally located for skiing

Stayed for 1 week and skied Vail, Breck, Beaver Creek, Copper and Winter Park with my daughter and her friend from college. Super comfortable and nicely appointed property. Pleasant surprise...the murphy bed was actually quite comfortable!

Kitchen was very functional with great appliances including gas stove and nice newer fridge. Lower level bed memory foam mattress was awesome. I would definitely stay here again. The only change that would help is replacing upstairs mattress to be memory foam for parents with bad backs! the eggshell topper was kind of coming out of the sheet. Thanks again for everything!

Fabulous Fall Break

We loved the space to spread out, the vaulted ceilings and view from the living room. The rooms were comfortable and it was sparkling clean. We all enjoyed the sauna too! It is a quadplex, there are 4 units connected, but most of the time, we were the only ones there and it was very quiet. The only thing that wasn't quite what I expected is there is a street just below the deck. I was expecting it to be more private/wooded off the deck. It is in an condo/apartment/vacation rental area of town. It was very convenient to the interstate and so much to do outdoors. We hiked a mine trail near Breck, a trail at Dillon Lake and another at Frisco. We don't ski, but it would be the perfect place to come home to after a day on the slopes. I would definitely go back!

Relaxing, Convenient, Fun Time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great. Loved the bedrooms, large kitchen and living room space. The wrap around porch was lovely for morning coffee and afternoon sunset views. Great place to spend a week with a few friends.
