La Villa Marlotte Das Haus ist sehr schön möbliert und die Badezimmer sind gut, allerdings liegt es auf einer Art Verkehrsinsel und die Straßen sind laut. Bei Eingabe der Adresse bei Karten von Apple erscheint ein anderes Grundstück, so dass man vorher nicht sieht, dass 3 Straßen das Grundstück umgeben.

La Villa Marlotte Accueil au top de Nathalie, logement parfait pour une bande d’amis souhaitant se faire une petite escapade à la mer. Il manquerait juste un autre toilette quand on est beaucoup c’est compliqué mais nous avons apprécié notre séjour, merci!

La Villa Marlotte We ADORED our stay here! We traveled to Dinard for 2 weeks with 6 adults and two small children, and the house was perfect for the big mixed group. The location isn’t city center, but was quiet and a quick two minute walk from a small quiet beach. Walking into town, there’s a beautiful path along the sea wall that couldn’t be better. The apartment is beautiful and having some private space carved out was great. The securely fenced yard was fantastic for the being able to let the kids roam in and out on their own. The common areas are big, comfortable, and well stocked. A few things to know: the Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the separate apartment or outside, which was a challenge for us with remote work. The dishwasher stopped working early in our stay, but the hosts were very responsive and sent a tech out to fix it quickly. One shower didn’t drain so we couldn’t use it, but that was minor for us. Incredible stay, can’t wait to return!

La Villa Marlotte très belle maison pour un weekend de Pentecôte familial. Très bien située, pla...

La Villa Marlotte très belle maison pour un weekend de Pentecôte familial. Très bien située, plage à proximité et centre ville à 15/20 minutes à pied. Bonne literie, salle de jeux au top pour les ados et jardin très agréable pour profiter du soleil à l'abri du vent qui malheureusement n'a pas cessé de souffler pendant notre séjour. Quelques bémols toutefois. Température de l'eau sous la douche difficile à régler (les enfants n'ont pas aimé), table de séjour trop juste pour 15 personnes, pas assez de verres à vin et le chek-out à 10 heures le lundi de Pentecôte ça pique un peu et ça raccourcit le weekend. A part ces quelques points qui compte tenu du prix de la location, doivent pouvoir être améliorés facilement, nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Fully fenced, with a great garden and short walk to the beach. 🙁 It was quite a challenge to find, because the house has no street number. Ground floor toilet does not have a lock - small but annoying issue when travelling in a large group."

La Villa Marlotte Excellent séjour familial dans cette maison très agréable et bien sécurisée pour les enfants. Logement propre. Literie impeccable, des grandes chambres. Cuisine parfaite avec toutefois le manque de bons couteaux de cuisine et de verres à vin. Nous recommandons cette maison et serions prêts à y revenir si nous revenons sur Dinard.

We were two families with five young children (including two babies) and the villa was more than spacious, very well equipped, and the location (less than 2 minutes walk to the nearest beach) was amazing. Although the whether wasn’t always welcoming, we enjoyed spending time inside! We loved staying in Dinard and will be back!"

We loved the property!

We very much enjoyed the house. The bedrooms were large and well designed. The bathrooms were similarly large but it would’ve been nicer to have a toilet on every floor. We used the beautiful garden with the large table and outdoor furniture every night. The game room basement was a pleasant surprise. We would love to return to this beautiful, well-located home.

A treat for shared meals with 9 family

Pretty seemless rental. Nice rooms, nice large showers, but toilets only on bottom and top floors. Maintenence needs more attention. Lots of small things not working, broken, or missing or lacking. Overall experience was a lovely home that was comfortable and welcoming.
