Willkommen im Meadow Lake Golf und Winter Resort! Diese Stadthauswohnung befindet sich in privater Lage in der begehrenswerten Oakmont Loop Area. Die Oakmont-Schleife bietet im Sommer nur Zugang zu einem Außenpool und einem Whirlpool. Meadowlake Resort als unglaublicher 18-Loch-Golfplatz auf dem Grundstück. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen ein Tennisplatz und ein Kinderspielplatz. Der Sommerpool und der Whirlpool befinden sich direkt nebenan !!

Im Frühjahr 2020 brandneu bauen. Diese Residenz ist die untere rechte Einheit und enthält drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu 7 Personen. Sie betreten das Grundstück über die Außentreppe rechts neben dem Gerät. In der Wohnung finden Sie es warm und einladend. Für diese heißen Sommertage haben wir eine zentrale Klimaanlage. Die Residenz umfasst Holzböden im Wohnzimmer, Geräte aus Edelstahl, geflieste Badezimmerböden, Granit und alle neuen Möbel. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen großen Flachbildschirm mit Kabel. Wifi ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die untere Ebene hat Zugang zum Rasenbereich.

Das Meadow Lake Golf Resort befindet sich in den wunderschönen Columbia Falls und ist zentral gelegen. 15 Minuten zum Flughafen, 30 Minuten zum Glacier National Park, 30 Minuten zum Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort und natürlich 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt von Columbia Falls. Wir haben eine Stornierungsfrist von 60 Tagen. Mehr als 60 Tage im Voraus volle Rückerstattung abzüglich 100 USD Verwaltungsgebühr. Weniger als 60 Tage keine Rückerstattung.

Very Nice!

The place was perfect for our friend trip up to Glacier National Park. It was brand new and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. Everyone in the neighborhood waved to us every time we drove in and out. Very nice!

The property was clean and well organized. The location was excellent for our needs. The property management group communicated well and quickly. Might recommend ear plugs as the residents upstairs can be heard late at night. Overall, very enjoyable!

Perfect location for hiking in GNP

The home was perfect for a family of 3 teenagers. It had all the amenities needed to make you feel at home. We cooked most of our meals and found that we had everything we needed. We made good use of the outdoor gas grill and table. This home is very close to the outdoor pool and hot tub! Noise from upper unit wasn’t an issue for us.

Exactly as described

The property was exactly as described, extremely clean, great communication and ease of how to check in and out. I was worried about potential upper noise, but it was truly just hearing walking at certain times and voices at times. Nothing bothersome at all. Would absolutely stay again. Their is recycling that is sorted for your planning, should you choose to do that located right by garbage drop off. Book in the location with suggestions of what was in the area was greatly appreciated.

Place is great, but neighbors were horrible

We absolutely loved our stay. It was conveniently located 5 min away to close friends of ours that we have not seen in years, so it was nice to be close to them. The property was clean and stocked with most things that we needed. I went to make coffee our first morning and the coffee machine was not working. I contacted property management to let them know and said I could just boil water in the tea kettle provided, but they insisted on dropping off a new coffee machine, which was so nice of them! Additionally, my oldest son lost his ID and debit card the morning we left and we thought they were gone for good. But luckily the cleaners found them and they are being mailed back to us here in NJ. Overall, Stumptown Rentals was very accommodating and made our stay very nice. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the neighbors across the street. They do not like renters and make sure you know that. I could go into a lot of details about them, but it will not all fit here. Bottom line was they made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. I could understand if we were unruly renters, but we were respectful and followed all rules that were posted. We also spoke with other renters that we met at the pool and they had the same type of encounter with them. I want to bring this to the owner’s attention as I’m sure he doesn’t want his renters being treated like this. If he would like more details regarding this he is welcome to reach out to me.

The unit was great, kitchen needs more dishes, glassware and tools

The location was great, proximity to Glacier great. Outdoor space and washer/dryer great. Very clean. We made most of our meals in and there weren’t enough dishes, glasses and silverware to load dishwasher only once a day. Need some good knives too. Coffee maker took 45 min to brew the pot so it might need to be replaced. Need bedside reading lamps. Noise from upstairs was loud but thankfully the tenants did not prevent us from getting a good nights sleep. Would love to see minor improvements but it was lovely and I would stay again. Really nice decor.

Bucket List Trip

Myself and 3 of my old coot friends mad a bike trip from Michigan to see the wonders of the great Montana outdoors including a ride though GNP. The accommodations were perfect for us and found it to be one of the best stays of our trip. Great place to stay and was a great value. 5 stars.

Great location

Fantastic location for visiting Glacier National Park. Quiet, safe neighborhood with a great back yard and plenty of space. Columbia Falls has some good local restaurants and a grocery store near the home. Also an easy drive to Whitefish and Kalispell. The host is very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint is that the home is split into two units. We had complete privacy, however the water heater appears to be shared with the upper unit so we had a lot of cold showers. We could also hear everything going on above us. We plan to visit again and hope to be able to book both units to solve this.

Wonderful condo. Clean and quiet neighborhood.

Nice amenities and laid out well. Email about check in was detailed. Gas grill and outdoor patio was great for relaxing after long days in Glacier. Have a flashlight if you get there at night and stay in the downstairs condo. No lighting for the stairs down to the condo. Also needs blinds for the bedroom with a patio door. Minor inconveniences for a place we thoroughly enjoyed.

Very noisy

The location to the park is fabulous however the noise in the appointment was just awful. You felt like you were listening in on every conversation the people were having upstairs. If you don’t mind hearing others walk across your ceiling or cooking their meals then this is the place for you.

Excellent Stay

We really enjoyed staying at this home during our trip to glacier. The location is fantastic for Glacier National Park and only a short drive from the west entrance. The home was clean and we really appreciated the new upgrade to have a dining table in the kitchen area. The layout was great and well kept. We did hear the neighbors upstairs a bit, but it wasn’t anything obscene and wasn’t a big deal. Overall would highly recommend.

Not recommend

I listed out the pros and cons from my standing points. pros 1). The property is new and clean. 2). The check in/out are easy (w/o contact any person. it's really good for COVID-19 period). 3). Communication is easy and friendly. We requested a late check out in the afternoon but they only can offer the stay till noon (from 10 AM). 4). A lot of beds (I think if includes sofa bed, can have up to 8 ppl). If you have a big family travel to here, this is the place for you. cons 1). very very noise. You can clearly hear people walking, taking showers, using water, and talking upstairs. Kind of annoying. The major problem for us is their schedule. We were be woken up couple time at early morning and night (6 AM-ish and one night is 3AM-ish) 2). there is no dining table or tea table in the living/dining room. If you always eat out, it should be okay. We bought take-out a couple times, and found out no table is very inconvenient. 3). no garbage disposal. 4. At check out, you have to bring all the trash to 1 mile away to the garbage collection area.
