Le Sterne is a pretty renovated flat with a sea view, which you'll love for your holidays in Pléneuf-Val-André. Ideally located just 100 metres from the beach and all the shops, you can do everything on foot!
The flat comprises a sea-view living room with double sofa bed, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with bath and separate WC, a bedroom with double bed and a large terrace surrounding the flat, part of which is covered by a bay window. Private parking space.
Accommodation:
- Entrance giving access to all rooms
- Living-dining room with quality features: very comfortable sofa bed, dining area with access to a beautiful sea view.
- Very bright, fully-equipped kitchen: hob, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine.
- Bright south-facing bedroom with double bed (140 x 190 cm). Wardrobe with hanging space and shelving.
- Bathroom with bath next to the bedroom.
- Separate WC
Outside:
You can enjoy a large balcony running around the flat with a lovely sea view.
- Part of the balcony is covered by a veranda equipped with patio doors, with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy the outdoors whatever the weather. Here you can admire the beautiful seascape and watch the magnificent sunsets!
- The other part of the balcony is open, with a table and 2 chairs.
- Private outdoor parking space
