This nice fully equipped 35m² duplex is situated on the 3rd floor without elevator of a very secured building (electric gate + building's door locked with a code).

The apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with an HD TV and WIFI, a modern bathroom with a shower. Upstairs on the mezzanine, you will find two comfortable 140x190 double beds.
With its private garage a few minutes walk from the apartment (a nice option where parking in Part-Dieu isn't free anywhere), this apartment is the perfect spot for a business trip, or to visit the city as it is very close to all transports (metro, tramways and buses).

It also comes with a mobile air conditing ( limited effect with outside temperatures from 30°C).

WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a connected lock. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
