Amazing location, super responsive and professional property management. Would book again. Just a few weird things, pool heat wasn’t turned on an we paid for it, no trash bags in the cans when we arrived.Property is clean but a bit tired, I think the other houses in this development are kept in better condition based on my past rentals.

We miss it already

We all had a wonderful stay, we would definitely book the same place again next year. My only complaint is the pool heater stopped working halfway through the trip but everything else was great.

Property was very nice. Plenty of room for family get together. Very convenient for walking to local shops and restaurants. Only drawback was the 3 story stair climb to and from beach. Difficult for seniors with bad knees and other physical ailments.

Lots of kitchen pots and pans, which we loved. Not a fan of the dining room chairs, but loved the nice big table. Loved the immediate response from you; great customer service!

Very nice home for a family beach trip!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The proximity to the beach and the shops of Rosemary is perfect. The house was clean and the AC worked very well which is a must in FL summer. Great place for families. It has a lot of stairs and the kitchen is on second floor, so just something to keep in mind for some who aren’t as mobile! The pool was a bit dirty when we arrived but on the second day it was cleaned without us asking which was nice! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was perfect for my family vacation. We loved the gated community and that it was walking distance to the shops. The private beach was also a bonus and we never had to worry about it being too crowded or getting there early to claim a spot. Such a relaxing vacation.

Relaxing beach vacation in Waters Edge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cleaning crew needs to do a better job with vacuuming the floors. There were several long dark hairs when we arrived in the stairs and upstairs. The pits/pans need to be updated- they were in extremely poor condition. Also, the pool area needs to be cleaned up (the chaise lounge chair was ripped and the birds in the palm trees create a mess of the area. Overall, the house was nice and proximity to the beach was nice.

Close to the beach and a great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location. You can see the ocean from the balcony( not full view, but partial view). It is steps from the beach. The unit itself was well-equipped. A couple of us noted how well the matresses and pillows slept. It is a great size for a larger family. It essentially has 2 master bedrooms. The living space is not huge, but adequate. Liked the pool. It was refreshing. Well equipped with bikes, complimentary beach chairs, and extra beach chairs you can take with you. I would recommend staying here.
