Stay in my home with 3 full separate bedrooms, 2 luxury spa-like bathrooms, a large living area with queen size sofa bed, and nice views of the outdoor green oasis with tons of light. Enjoy cooking in your gourmet kitchen or unwind after a long day of sightseeing and watch your favourite game or Netflix series on your 55" HDTV.

There are lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and asian food (T&T) markets--Costco is within steps of the building. The building is located nearby the Skytrain station that takes you downtown right to the Convention Centre in 5 min and to the Airport in 30. Near Gastown, Chinatown, Yaletown, Rogers Arena, BC Place, Casino and even a movie theatre across the street. You are a 2 min walk from the water to the Seawall.

The Layout:

This 1200 sq ft modern condo features 3 separate bedrooms with lots of closet space and balcony that has great views of Zen garden. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have one queen bed in each and one king bed in the master bedroom. Living area has a queen sofa bed that overlooks the peaceful garden filled with Magnolia trees. It's a very unique place! You have two bathrooms with a large standalone tub and a large walk-in rain shower. One bathroom is newly renovated with real white marble stone from Spain.

Your living room has 55" TV with Netflix, cable, a PS4 (games included), and a dedicated data line bringing in high-speed WIFI. A pull out sofa gives you an additional queen bed, bringing the total for the house to 4 beds.

Your kitchen features new high end stainless steel appliances with touch screen controls- new Bosch dishwasher, Miele Fridge/freezer, Samsung touch screen stove/oven, Samsung washer/drier and microwave. You have all the cookware you need to bake, fry or chop. We've added coffee machine, electric cattle, toaster, food blender and more for your convenience.

My building offers amazing amenities that include: indoor swimming pool, hot-tub, sauna and a fully equipped gym. Your stay also includes a parking stall in our underground parking garage. Enjoy your stay in a beautiful place!

This VRBO was absolutely perfect for our family getaway with 3 generations. The space was clean and stylishly decorated, but the location was the real winner! We were just a short stroll away from food, sporting events, and entertainment. Between the cozy beds and the kids' favorite part—the pool and hot tub—we couldn't have asked for more. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Property is as advertised but pictures make it appear larger. Two of the bedrooms are very small and there is no place for luggage. The second bath is nice. The one with the tub shower combo is not great. The place shows some wear. It’s an ok location.

Our three-bedroom suite in a Vancouver hi-rise is designed to comfortably sleep up to 8 guests — bedrooms of this size are genuinely rare in the downtown condo market, and we do our best to represent them accurately in our photos. We’re sorry if the layout felt smaller than expected upon arrival. Regarding luggage storage, each bedroom is equipped with a chest of drawers and a dedicated closet, which is exactly where we’d suggest storing empty suitcases to free up floor space. We’ll look at adding a note about this to our guest guide so future visitors can settle in more comfortably. We also take the condition of our property seriously and inspect and refresh the space regularly between stays. We’re sorry if any wear was noticeable during your visit — we’ll use your feedback as a prompt to do a thorough walkthrough and address anything that needs attention. As for location, we find that most guests love being steps from Stadium–Chinatown SkyTrain, both Rogers Arena and BC Place, and the restaurants and nightlife of Gastown — but we understand every traveller has different priorities. We hope you’ll give us another chance in the future. Guest comfort is always our top priority, and feedback like yours helps us continue to improve.

Property was as described. Really close to the sky train and local trains which we should have made better use of. Convenient location, yes there are some individuals about with mental health issues but you see that in every large city and we didn't feel unsafe. It was a bit noisy with the trains at night up to about midnight but again it's a city centre location. The three beds were really comfortable, the bed settee has a bit of a dip in the middle.The apartment was spotless, nice touches with some essentials left for guests. Personally we would have liked a couple of chairs on the balcony to use. I thought it was a great apartment with good space. There are two air con units, one in the living room and one in the main bedroom and fans in the other two bedrooms. The apartment did get rather warm during the day when we were out but cooled nicely once the aircon units were put on. We were happy with our stay, great communication with the host and lovely and clean.

Great condo right near lots of restaurants, bars, shopping, and the bus line. Beds were comfy and the kitchen is fully stocked. Little things could use repairs/sprucing up like the master bath shower is not easy to navigate because the shower was added to the claw-foot tub so the shower curtain clings to you while trying to wash (not in photos). We appreciated the balcony that faces the quiet courtyard and the coffee stocked in the kitchen. Overall a great stay.

The condo is spacious. There are 3 good sized actual bedrooms. (We did not use the sofa couch). The open concept kitchen/dining/family room worked for an evening gathering we had of 11 adults - plenty of places to sit and eat/visit. The bathrooms are large and well-stocked (shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion/makeup remover). Great towels. The kitchen is very well stocked with cutlery/knives/coffee maker/toaster/kettle. Many dishes and pots/pans. Large fridge. Everything was clean. Parking and FOBs were a little tricky until you get the hang of it - secure building. Great location next to Rogers arena and Costco - many restaurants in the area and the Skytrain is super close. Enjoyed our stay.
