Just what we needed!! The place is beautifully done with spectacular ocean views. Host wer very accommodating. Would definitely stay again! Kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a seafood stay!

Janice is a wonderful host. I enjoyed meeting her. The house was very clean and cozy. The views are amazing and literally just a few steps to the beach. I would definitely look into staying here again in the future

Amazing and spacious location! Very peaceful with the sound of the waves crashing with the windows open. The private beach was clean and dog friendly after 6pm. The ACs weren’t installed during our trip so depending on when you go you may need to request them. That being said, the crossbreeze with the windows open was perfect at night!

My sister and I love staying at Seascape! This is our second stay. The cottage is clean, comfortable and the kitchen well appointed for preparing your meals. Janice, the owner, is wonderful to deal with. Awesome views of the Bay and sunsets. We'll be back!

Wonderful little cottage. I can not say enough about this beautiful home. From the beautiful views to the coziness of the cottage The home was clean, had all the essentials , the decor was perfect for a beach home. The bed was comfortable and did I mention the VIEW. Fantastic getaway location

This home, the neighborhood, and the hosts provided everything we needed for a beautiful, relaxing, care free weekend on the Cape. The views are stunning, the house is charming, the beach is private and mere steps away, and Janice and Jeff were the easiest to work with. We can't wait to go back for another stay soon - you can't beat those sunsets. Highly recommend trying this place out for yourself!

everything you need

We stayed at this cottage for a week and the kids had a great time. Even though it was April and the weather was cold and windy, we loved the walks on the beach, the location and the view. The cottage has everything you need to enjoy your visit and it's a great private beach.

Great rental on Cape Cod

The cottage was beautiful. I can't think of a single thing that it was lacking. Our host, Janice, was friendly, informative and very accommodating. We would rent it again anytime we plan on vacationing on Cape Cod.
