Welcome to our bright and airy piece of paradise! This villa in the gated Wyndham resort features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a large screened in porch off the living room overlooking the #9 Tee box and green. Relax in the rocking chairs in the evening and enjoy the beautiful wildlife or take a slow 10 minute walk to the beach, along the golf course.

Upon entering, you will have the kitchen, dining room and living room to your left and the bedrooms to your right.
The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee filters, trash bags, ceranwrap and aluminum foil, dishes, utensils, containers and pots/pans. We have a Cuisinart drip coffee maker in the kitchen, toaster, blender and ice trays are also available.

The dining room has plenty of room for 6. There are extra table cloths and place settings in the baskets.

The living room features a pullout couch (lift the flap in the front to reveal the handle for pullout. Take the back rest cushions down and flip the backside of the sofa down). Wifi and cable are provided through Comcast and the login instructions are on the refrigerator. The living room also features a entry table with plenty of books that you can use at your leisure.

Opposite the hallway bathroom (with full shower) is the washer/dryer and laundry detergent is available, along with plenty of cleaning supplies in the shelf next to the washer/dryer. A vacuum cleaner is available for use and an iron is in the cabinet.

Extra linens and towels are in the closet next to the bathroom. All of the bedrooms have access to full-sized patios and all of the sheets on the beds will have been freshly laundered prior to your arrival.

THE WYNDHAM RESORT AMENITIES PASS MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY at the Activities Center for daily/weekly use and grants access to the following resort amenities;

SWIMMING POOLS - There are 3 pool locations within the resort: Rec Center, Marsh Point and the Village. The Rec Center pool offers food service between Memorial Day and Labor Day where ice cream, smoothies and other goodies can be purchased.
The Village pool offers a hot tub and Marsh Point is heated and covered in the winter months.

BEACH CABANA - Located at access point #20 has picnic tables, showers and restrooms. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, the Cabana offers beach chair and umbrella rentals alongside a beach necessities store where snacks and drinks can also be purchased.

FITNESS ROOM - Located above the gift shop at the Rec Center.

MINI GOLF - supplies are available inside the gift shop at the Rec Center
PLAYGROUND - located at the entrance of the Rec Center pool.
TENNIS COURTS - Three of the four courts are located in the parking lot of the Golf Pro Shop/Member Services building. The fourth is located behind Whaley's restaurant near the South Pointe units. Rackets are available inside the Rec Center gift shop.

OUTDOOR GAMES - horseshoes, shuffleboard, corn hole and ping pong are available for rental inside the gift shop.
