Na Craigean Lodge - Glengoulandie

Die Na Craigean Lodge verfügt über einen hellen, geräumigen, offen geschnittenen Wohn- / Essbereich und einen Küchenbereich mit gewölbter Decke, Eichenparkett und Fußbodenheizung. Von den gemütlichen Sofas aus genießen Sie durch die großen Panoramafenster die atemberaubende Aussicht auf Schiehallion und die Hirsche auf der anderen Seite des Teiches.

Diese Ansichten teilen sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit französischen Türen, die auf den Balkon führen, der sich über die gesamte Länge des Grundstücks erstreckt.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche, mit hochwertigen Geräten und einem geräumigen Essbereich, gibt der Lodge ein Gefühl von Zuhause, wo Sie zusammen essen können.

Die drei großzügigen Schlafzimmer (zwei Kingsize-und ein Zweibettzimmer) verfügen über bequeme Betten, Einbauschränke und Frisiertische. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über luxuriöse Ensuite-Badezimmer, die geschmackvoll gefliest sind.

A wonderful lodge near the mountains

Lovely stay

Beautiful Lodge and Setting

Enjoyed our 5 nights at the lodge. It was well equipped for a relaxing stay. In a remote location, but we were able to explore many other areas within a couple hours of the lodge each day. Lots of other amenities (restaurants, groceries etc.) available in nearby Aberfeldy.

Stunning Location

Great lodge in a stunning location. Plenty of beautiful walks. Pitlochry is a lovely place with lots of places to eat with really good food. Only fault was some of the kitchen pans were not clean and it could have done with more cutlery. But would love to stay there again.

We had an amazing time in Na Craigean, absolutely beautiful location and perfect for exploring the local scenery. Everything that was needed was provided, we had a slight problem the first day but the owners solved it right away. Would love to go back!

Perfect Holiday Home and Location

Holiday home was pretty much perfect. Clean and well maintained with lots of homely touches. Situated in a lovely environment with beautiful views to the pond, fields and out lying area. Good location perfectly situated for exploring the local areas and further afield if desired.

Lovely stay

Enjoyed a great weekend break at Glengoulandie. The lodge was lovely...very spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed. The views were fantastic and I imagine during warmer weather it would be great to sit outside in the decking area. Only a short drive to Aberfeldy. Mark and Anna were exceptionally good hosts. We hope to return again in the future.

Snowed in!

Great stay at the lodge…beautiful surroundings, the deer opposite and the swans on the loch. Lodge was very luxurious. 18 inches of snow fell with storm Eunice on our last night… but the hosts were very good about letting us stay an extra night until the roads cleared and the kids just loved it!

fantastic location, very clean, spacious and really well furnished lodge. perfect for the full family. had an issue with the hot water but was resolved pretty quickly considering it was Sunday morning!! will recommend to all who I know as well anyone I do not know!!!

Perfect holiday home

This property, as well as the site and area surrounding, far exceeded our expectations. One very small thing, we were unable to view the TV. Other than that we cannot fault it. Perfect in every way.

Beautiful cottage

We had a fabulous time at Na Craigean cottage. The cottage is exactly as shown in the pics. The cottage was clean & well equipped. Grandparents & kids enjoyed equally. It is a bit of drive to the closest grocery store. Overall, a fantastic experience!!

Alternatively Tesco and Asda deliver to the lodges and guests often schedule deliveries to arrive shortly after check in. Saves packing cool boxes or multiple trips to the shops! Great lodge, stunning location

Great lodge with fantastic views and stunning scenery all around. Booking was easy with no issues and easy access on arrival thanks to the details provided by Anna. Lodge was lovely and clean with a supply of toiletries provided in each of the three bathrooms. Rooms are a great size and we appreciated each room having its own thermostat to control the efficient underfloor heating so we could have the bedroom cooler than the lounge. It was lovely to arrive and find a fully decorated and lighted Christmas tree, together with a gift of chocolates and wine, thank you! We would love to return in the summer when longer days and brighter weather would encourage us to explore more of the area.

Breathtaking views!

We had the most wonderful stay at this amazing property. The location and views are simply breathtaking. It’s such a peaceful setting looking at the mountains and deer from the large outdoor decking area, and it has great access to the local towns, lochs, hiking and water sports. Anna was super helpful providing local areas to visit and had excellent communication throughout booking and during our stay. The property itself is huge and we had lots of space to not feel on top of each other. The lodge is stocked with everything you would need. The beds are super comfortable, and it was really helpful to have separate bathrooms for each bedroom. One of the most memorable stays we have had, and we look forward to returning in future. Serene Location

This was a nice retreat for a few nights. It was able to accommodate our group in one place. It was quiet and the surroundings were very peaceful. While the place was "clean" it needed a little help cleaning up the cobwebs as they were found throughout the place, inside and out. I guess depending on what you're used to, the mattress in at least 1 bedroom could be updated as it was sagging. The kitchen was well stocked and it was a comfortable space. It would have been nice to have some blankets to use outside and enjoy that space more. A great spot and with a few minor changes, it would be practically perfect.

I will feedback your comments about spider webs, I know the vaulted ceiling in the living area can be tricky to reach but we have high cleaning standards and will rectify that one straight away! Also could you let me know which mattress you found unsatisfactory so I can investigate it. A good nights sleep is so important and a good mattress is key. Comfy get-away

Spacious and well-equipped lodge, nice (remote) area of approx. a dozen lodges at a pretty lake with lots of "wild"life (the ducks, geese, swans and all the other birds are beeing vividly fed by several neighbors, the nearby deer is kept in paddocks) which is relaxing to watch while you enjoy the living area. Helpful and friendly landlords Great area for hiking or other outdoor activities, munroe Schiehallion only a few car minutes away

BLOWN AWAY BY THE VIEW!

Myself, my husband and our two children have just spent six nights at this beautiful lodge, we did not want to leave! It was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could ever need, spacious and boasted the most magnificent view of the loch with its resident swans and ducks, the mountains and the deer park beyond where red deer can be seen roaming. We loved the peace and quiet that the location offered, but did not feel isolated as we were only a short drive from the shops and restaurants of Weem, Aberfeldy and Kenmore. Everything ran so smoothly that we had no need to contact the property owners Anna and Mark, but I have no doubt that should we have needed them, they would have been super helpful just like they were in all our communications in the run up to our stay. This lodge absolutely made our holiday!! :)

Lovely lodge, relaxing location

Really beautiful spot and a great cabin with lovely views and access to the hills. Very helpful communication - would highly recommend
