Enjoy a dedicated movie room for cozy nights in, a hot tub with TV and an outdoor fireplace, plus Skee Ball and a foosball table. You’re about 1 mile from The Island and close to all the dining, shopping, and attractions, with Wi-Fi and streaming available (Netflix/Hulu)

Gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bath new construction cabin designed for comfort and fun, with dedicated spaces for movies, games, and outdoor relaxing.

Guest access
You get the whole house :)

House Rules / Important Notes:

Minimum booking age: Primary renter must be 25+ (children welcome with parents/guardians).

Occupancy: Maximum 6 guests total. Additional unregistered guests are $100 per person per night and may result in cancellation.

Parking: 2 vehicles max.

Cameras: Exterior security cameras are used for safety and verification of occupancy/parking. Do not tamper with devices.

No pets: Unauthorized pets incur a $175 fee and may result in removal from the property.

No fires/candles: No open flames (including candles). Unauthorized fires are $100 + damages.

Hot tub safety: Use at your own risk. No glass near the hot tub. Please follow posted safety guidance. If pregnant or with medical concerns, consult a physician before use.

Check-in/out: No early check-in or late checkout. If approved exceptions are not arranged in advance, $50/hour may apply.

No refunds for weather, outages, or other events outside our control.

Starter supplies: We provide essentials to get you started; we do not provide soaps/shampoos, condiments, charcoal, zip locks, or coffee.
