The house was clean other than mold in showers. It was misleading that the spa is not included as part of the rental when it was mentioned in the summary as well as several previous reviews.

The location of the home was perfect, law to the beach, restaurants and activities. Downfalls….unable to use the fan in the master bedroom, faucet on one of the master bathrooms didn’t work, shower heads/water pressure was extremely low. The pool area appeared to be very nice in the photos, however, pool is unuseable this time of year, the pool is not heated. While we were sitting in the pool area, rats ran over the wall, host was notified, but no response was received.

We had a great girls weekend here, not far from the beach. The house was nice, hot tub a little finicky but ended up working.

We had to call housekeeping because of jelly or something dripping down drawers. Needed extra sheets and blankets which I had to call about 6 times. The pool was programed to NOT heat the spa or pool.False advertising if you ask me.Left a day early because of the lack of use of pool.Should get refund.

Pretty good property

Near the beach and it is everything it says it is. It is a little worn in but, this is one of the better properties in the area. Hot tub wasn't hot but it worked. Overall we had a good experience.

Grey house and great location.

Our family of 6 loved this house. Plenty of room for us and the kids. Clean, spacious and a great private pool/hot tub. Five minutes from the beach. Close to gas, groceries and restaurants. The neighborhood is clean and very quiet. We’ll be back.

Pros: clean, well decorated, great location, quick responses. Cons: downstairs bedroom doesn’t have a bathroom, there’s one toilet not a shower outside but in the middle of the night who wants to go outside. They also got a little petty and wouldn’t give us one additional trash bag which I thought was silly for how much you pay which is why I took a star down. Also just to note it’s 3 stories which is a little difficult with littles.

This property was nice. The hot tub was clean and heated up nicely. Nice open concept design. Could have used some extra supplies like trash bags, paper towels, and kitchen spices. Overall nice home and we enjoyed our stay.

Loved it, modern beach house

Beautiful three story beach home. The pool and pergola in backyard was awesome after a long day at beach. Beach accesses were very close also and convenient. Kitchen had everything from keurig to blender. Maybe only a few more cooking pans were needed. Our family had a great time, we loved the house layout.

The property was nice, but the management was not worth the rental. We had front door lock issues. As a result, we were locked out for several hours, had to enter through the bacon door the whole stay, and had to leave belongings unsecured. Other issues were the pool needed cleaning and the hot tub was not filled. There was no way to water hose or way to fill the hot tub. ICE maker and WiFi not working. I was on the phone with management for a good amount of my stay. The pool was cleaned but we never had anyone come out to fix the door.
