Maravilla ist eine 33,7 Hektar große Wohnanlage, die sich direkt gegenüber dem 1,5 Hektar großen, unberührten Strand befindet. Maravilla ist ein wunderbares Resort mit Gästen, die Jahr für Jahr wiederkommen.  Mit familienfreundlichen Gründen und einem Urlaub in Destin, der die Bank nicht sprengt, lieben Gäste die günstige Lage (auf halbem Weg zwischen Destin Commons und Silver Sands Outlet) mit einem Zugangspunkt vom HWY 98 sowie dem Scenic Gulf Drive.

Diese Eigentumswohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern befindet sich im ersten Stock des Gebäudes 2! Dieses Gerät ist fast direkt gegenüber vom Eingang zum Strand und unglaublich praktisch. Dies ist eine unserer vielen Maravilla-Einheiten mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Weitere Optionen finden Sie in unseren anderen Angeboten auf VRBO und Homeaway. Awesome Trip!

Our stay was amazing! Being so close to the walk path to the beach was great. The condo was modern and updated. It felt like home for a week! We loved our time here and will definitely book again! We only stay at Maravilla and this is one our favorites.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Location was incomparable, the beach access was so convenient and on the first floor! Host was responsive. Walking distance to Pompano Joe’s as well. Great Place and a Great Time

We, my son and I, were able to bring our four legged family members with us thanks to the host of this beautiful property. Everything was clean and perfect. Linens and towels were provided as well as everything you need in the kitchen. Communication was always available between us and the host and they made sure we did not need anything, and if we did they said they would take care of it for us. They were also very responsive, no waiting around to hear back from them. We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay. I can not wait to come back!

Perfect location

The location is perfect for access to the pool and beach. Literally wake up and walk across the street to the beach with your coffee and enjoy the view. The place is comfortable for 4. The 2nd bedroom is small but there is plenty of drawer space throughout the condo. The beach service those guys were on it. Not sure why people complain about the horseshoe set up. It is nice to have the open area to feel private with other Maravilla guests and you can move your chairs. Honestly was not disappointed in anyway. The staff assisting me with the rental was quick to respond with any questions I had. Highly recommend!!

Clean, updated and close walk to beach

The condo was very well maintained. Spacious and updated. It was nice to bring our dog. The grassy area out the back patio was nice. The only thing I was disappointed with was the beach service. The way they set up the chairs and umbrellas are in a “U” pattern and that puts you looking at people and not close to the water. Your view is obstructed. My husband had to be down to the beach around 6:30am just to get chairs close to the water and that process took over an hour. We’ve stayed at other resorts and all the chairs are lined up in a row on the edge of the beach facing water with unobstructed views and your chairs are the same every day with your name on it. Don’t have to get up at 6am on vacation to reserve. I know that had nothing to do with the condo but for people that like to look at the water instead of other people and their things, just a heads up.

Disappointed

This unit had not been thoroughly cleaned for some time. The master bed sheets were covered in hair. I called Renee about the sheets and was told to make do for the night and she would send someone with fresh sheets the following morning. I asked her what time I could expect someone the next day and she told me that she wasn't sure, she would call me and let me know. We pulled the sheets off the bed and laundered them ourselves so we would have a clean place to sleep. Someone did show up Sunday morning (without calling ahead) with clean sheets but we had already washed the other ones and also cleaned the entire unit. Had Renee called ahead as she said she would, I could have saved her associate a trip. I contacted the office on Monday morning to bring some other issues to her attention and left a message for Renee to call me. The other unsatisfactory items were as follows: the base boards were covered in dust, several corners were not swept, urine on toilet, panties under master bed, sock under dresser, dining room table and chairs had dried food on them, and bugs (roaches and silver fish). I never heard back from Renee until I emailed her on our last night. I was told the units only get deep cleaned once a year in the off season. This is scary with the amount of traffic this unit sees and doesn't explain the dirty laundry left behind. The location of this unit is the only thing I was pleased with, however, I would not recommend this property to anyone.

As manager of this lovely property on the Emerald Coast, I’d like to address this review. My daughter and I manage this condo, along with a limited collection of other Emerald Coast condos. Our small business is very important to us, and we are dedicated to offering the very best management support possible for each property. In an effort to ensure consistent, high quality housekeeping, we have our own team, rather than using one of the large service providers. We inspect each condo after cleaning, before the new guests arrive. We cannot perform deep cleans between each guest and occasionally items do get missed. Concerns regarding housekeeping are seldom raised, but when they are, we address them promptly. I had 100% confidence that the sheets had been changed that day and when this guest called at midnight, I graciously offered to come the following morning to address any concerns that they may have. This guest declined all offers. We welcome any guest to contact us immediately if something has not been prepared appropriately for their arrival. We are here in Destin/Miramar Beach and available to address any concern brought to my attention. When we are called regarding an issue, we do work to make our guests happy. We have a high percentage of return guests every year with many guests booking a year in advance. We do work to make each guest’s stay wonderful, and if something has been missed, we work very hard to make it right.

Location is excellent. Great beach access.

We stayed a full week. The location was perfect. The upstairs neighbors opening the sliding door sounded like thunder, but once we knew what it was it didn’t bother us. Everything worked well. We discovered using warm or cold water in the washing machine worked better and filled the washer tub better but the laundry worked great. Parking is not reserved but we rarely had trouble finding a spot that wasn’t right in front the room. Finishing are beautiful. It was very welcoming and well kept. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean and comfortable property. Great access to the beach . Queen bedroom is tight . Plenty of storage outside of room. Master bedroom good size . We really enjoyed our stay. That’s for being pet friendly. Our pets enjoyed it too. Owners are easily reached.

Great spring break!

This unit was literally steps away from the beach, and was great coming and going with us being on the ground level. The inside was nice with all the usual amenities. Master bedroom was spacious and had a great view. Second bedroom was small with little walkways on either side of the bed, would be good for small kids. Overall I would highly recommend this unit!

Great location

This condo was perfect for my husband, daughter, son n law and my daughters fur baby. The community was very pet and family oriented. The beach was just right across the street. The condo was also in walking distance of several restaurants.

Upon hearing of our success with these properties, our friends began asking us to manage their rentals as well.
